M. N.My daughter and I had lunch here for the first time and I look forward to returning! I had the sizzling prawns in garlic butter with toasted sourdough bread. The prawns were huge, beautifully cooked and very tasty.
My daughter had the chicken wings which came with a side of chips and a choice of sauce. It was a large portion and full of flavour. Staff were attentive and friendly.
V. M.We three of our friends had a plan of having some good food outside and suddenly decided to visit Rubys and ordered Sizzling Tiger prawns as a starter and the taste was top Notch. Much recommended this dish and half grilled bbq chicken with homemade salad and Lemonade was much enough to finish my day. 🙂

The food itself was average, a little underwhelming if I'm honest, my girlfriend may have oversold it to me!
The main thing I noticed is the portion sizes seem a bit small (Burger and dirty fries). Which is ok if you want a bite before shopping in the pavilions without battling a food coma.. but for the price they seemed a little under par? Other than that, service was lovely and timely, the one mistake made with the bill was quickly rectified which was great.

N. B.Had lunch in Rubys recently. Menu good, I enjoyed the pulled pork on a bun with chips. Service was fairly prompt, staff attentive without being a nuisance and the food arrived pretty quich, fresh and hot.
Premises was covid standard and tables well spaced out. Would definately recommend this little gem.

A.I preferred the food at Rubys at the point. The cocktails where great however and the chips but my burger was overcooked. My boyfriend had the chicken and thought it lacked flavour. The salted caramel protofiteroles where nice but way too salty for our liking.

I enjoyed the baby back ribs, sweet potato fries and chicken wings, though I didn't really like the regular fries which were pale and not very potatoey. They also have good deals during the week.

T.There’s always a great buzz in Ruby’s but we still managed to get a table. I had the ribeye special and it did not disappoint, served perfect medium rare and the cajun fries were amazing!! The staff were clearly busy but very efficient.

v.Ahhh Ruby's.... Simply amazing. Food, cocktails and staff altogether. The only bad thing I have to say is that it is hard to find a table sometimes. You have to wait a long time. But that just means they are doing a good job 😊 would be great if the reservations for two were possible.
Last time we ordered a plate for two which consisted of a steak, BBQ ribs, half chicken and two sides of our choice. It was amazing!

I recently ordered from their take-away spin-off “Hot Chix” and honestly, I was very disappointed. The food itself took near 2 hours to arrive. The food was actually still warm when it got to me, but the bbq sauce was very vinegary/watery. I don’t think I will order take away from them again. As mentioned at the beginning though, the dine-in experience is 10/10

The staff are super friendly, the cocktails are delicious and most importantly the food is gorgeous (and reasonably priced). The wings and the burger in particular are amazing.
Oh and the music selection is great, helps the great atmosphere.
The only slight complaint I'd have is the bathroom can be a bit messy, and there's not always soap in the dispenser, but Ruby's is perfect in every other way!

M. L.I've gone once on a busy day and walked out. I'm not a fan of busy restaurants, I know how chefs/managent work in a busy environment, and the food on busy days don't taste as good! I've been here on quiet days, dead evenings and loved it. Food is top quality, chefs do an amazing job! never fault the food here. Atmosphere does be nice and relaxed! Overall great experience. Enjoy it every time.

Dinner for two adults and four teenagers including one starter and two desserts was around €150. All the food was delicious and lots of it, but the red wine (Cab Sauv) wasn't very nice.

And I have to say the burger was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The chicken was so juicy and tender and it was grilled so it had a beautiful smokey flavour and the crunch of the tobacco onions gave the burger that extra edge.
All served with chips and 3 double wings. Fantastic meal and for a great price!

I have never had a bad meal, the staff are friendly and attentive and the prices are very good. They have meal deals which are great value and as fussy as I am when eating out, I cannot fault Ruby's. 10 out of 10 for me.

P. C.One of my favourite restaurants in Dublin, always pop in when shopping in Pavilions, has great lunch deals on throughout out the afternoon. Has a good selection of cocktails and bottled beer. The food is always very good and the dessert is very nice would recommend the cookie sandwich for two people as it's to much for one.
