L. K. B.Lady is nice (but would let you wait while she chats with her colleague. But then she'd apologize. Politely). Bald guy should be fired. Period. Never seen anybody this rude and impatient in my whole life. Every. Single. Time. Seriously, this job isn't for you. Try acting. Lots of evil character roles out there.
