Hotel was lovely, location was great too and the staff were lovely. Interior was very dated and our rooms view was a concrete wall which blocked out a lot of the natural light. There was also no features on the wall, no pictures/art etc.
We took advantage of the pool and it was lovely and clean too. The bar and restaurant was also really nice with the staff really helpful and friendly and the food lovely, piping hot and a good range to choose from

Excellent 3 night stay in August. We were slightly anxious checking in after some reviews of the rooms but were happy with our large room. It was reasonably quiet (end of corridor and upper floor) but wall are thin - not unusual for hotels. The hotel itself has that old feed of a seaside hotel in the accommodation area with a modern bar/reception/restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

I stayed here last weekend with my partner and two children. The staff were amazing the manager I particular was very helpful giving the kids sweets and colours to draw while we were having a bite to eat and a drink. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Lovely hotel. bit dated looking on the corridors and stairs but that kind of thing doesn't bother me. our room was lovely. kind of like an attic but spacious. would have liked a bigger bed though. breakfast was great and mcgettigans is a great pub. parking should be free though. would stay here again

The staff are very friendly and helpful.the rooms are spotless and the food is absolutely beautiful,I would recommend this hotel very highly and will be back

We had a great time last night at The Royal Hotel, the staff were friendly and could not do enough for us and our group, the food was excellent, lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Called in on the off chance. Got a good deal. B an B. + 3coarse meal, food was gorgeous. Staff were excellent, felt safe here (covid) good clean spacious room, although could hear guest across the corridor was so tired this didn't bother us, beautiful location,

Was given a voucher to stay here for a night as a Christmas present. Reading reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad I went. My husband and I had a fantastic time. You have the hotel, then the leisure centre and the pub called mcgettigans. The hotel is lovely, very quaint, rooms are on the small side but spotless and the bed is so comfy. The bathroom is small but has a bath and shower, a pull out mirror for when your shaving or putting on make up. If you want hairdryer or an ironing board you can request these. A fifty euro deposit is secured against any damages but if all is ok with your room you will get it back .
The food is amazing and you have a choice of eating in the restaurant or getting bar grub. Breakfast was included in my stay and there was a good choice, fruit , cakes, hot food and gluten free bread and cereals.
Mcgettigans bar is outstanding, the decor is fabulous and the staff are very welcoming. The drinks are reasonably priced and the music is great. Have to say the craic was ninty and I would definitely go again. Even if you are just driving through Bray, I would definitely recommend stopping off at mcgettigans and getting a bite to eat. There is a car park which is five euro for the night if your a hotel guest or you can pay by the hour if stopping for food.

Been redecorated and smartened up over lockdown. Very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Service was excellent. Dining room meals excellent. Can heartily recommend the Royal in Bray.

Any seasoned traveler can spot a hotel that the owners are siphoning money out of without investing any back in, there's a lack of maintenance here that I expect they'll blame on covid but it goes far further back than 2020.
We arrived early (13:30) to check-in and were told, literally, to go away and come back at 15:00, which is fair, but rude, they did let us leave our bags though, which was great.
Our en-suite had a non-functioning extract fan which meant it stayed damp all the time and the equipotential bonding under the sink had never been connected, the shower provides hot water after a 10 minute delay, but at low pressure.
The duvet and pillows are the kind supplied in emergency shelters, though the covers are nice enough, and perfectly clean.
Carpets throughout are beyond faded, and lumpy in the corridors.
Breakfast was meaty, and the same tongs were used to serve rashers and mushrooms, not great if you're a vegetarian, tea was delicious and plentiful, staff were helpful and genuinely friendly.
Bar staff are peculiar about the seating, we asked if we could sit in the library section twice and were told it was reserved, only to see it remain empty until the end of the night.
*tip; if you've made the effort to make one bit of your bar look cool, you should let people sit in it, they will take photos and post them.
I will suspend my horror at the absence of a residents bar, but to hear them call last orders at 22:30 on a Saturday night was jarring.
There is a sauna and steam room, they are closed.
Location is excellent for Bré and dart to city.
Overall verdict: Perfect for a couple that want to get nostalgic about their trip to central Russia in 2002.

The downstairs of the hotel is nice bedrooms aren't great could do with upgrading and repainting in corridors and new carpet but beds so comfy and food couldn't fault 1st class staff in restaurant and bar lovely. Be careful if your not booking directly with hotel as you might not get the room you require if one atall

I have just returned from a short stay at The Royal Hotel and very rarely write a review. But our stay at The Royal Hotel was such a lovely experience being our first one out since the pandemic! All the staff at The Royal were very helpful and friendly particularly the manager himself and the reception staff. We had two rooms which were at opposite ends of the hotel (our own fault for changing a room at the last minute). One room was quite noisy as it was next to the traffic lights on the main road but we were okay with this. The other room was much quieter on the internal side of the hotel which was ideal for the two year old in our party. The rooms were clean and adequate and what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. There are no mini fridges in the rooms which meant we had to ask reception staff to store the anti biotic medicine we had for my grand daughter in one of the hotel fridges and with her requiring a dose 4 times a day it was a lot of backwards and forwards. But the reception staff were always extremely pleasant and willing to help.
We had a meal in McGettigans and really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty and the staff superb. One waitress went out of her way to find some colouring crayons and pictures to keep my grand children occupied, thank you so much.
We also used the leisure centre while we were there and again found the service excellent and the facilities very clean.
There was plenty of hand sanitiser stations at the hotel and we felt safe from the virus at all times.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bray :-)

Had a great time on Stephens day will all family everything was amazing couldn't do enough for us food was amazing

Stayed on a Wednesday, staff we're nice room was nice and tidy could do with more towels but sure that wouldn't be a problem if asked.i was on the first floor my room was looking out in to the main street I didn't mind but if u want a quiet room perhaps stay at back of hotel.overall good value for money and close to beach.
F. E.
I lost my AirPods in the hotel, called them back and they actually found them for me so thankful🙏🙏
P. K.
Lovely stay found every body so friendly and helpful to all guests good beautiful over all really enjoyed my stay
K. D.
Food good. Service great but rooms need a bit of work. Constant noise from generators throughout the night.
T. M.
Room was tiny . Paid 179 for a night . Also had to pay 50 euro on top of this for a safety deposit that takes 5 days to be re issued to your card stupid really . Will stick to martello on future only stayed for the pool with the kids .
M. F.
Nice enough place , covid rules at moment bring everywhere down but had lunch and all 4 dishes were overdone and a bit overpriced but food did seem much better in the evening . Young staff as always in these hotels are very good , always trying to help . Pool nice as well
r. r.
Nice place. Spotless toilets but from what I see there's a camera at sinks in toilets which I don't like!!
V. H.
Only spent one night there but rooms spacious and was clean
V. B.
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice pub grub in Hotel's pub, swimming pool is great: that is it for the pros. On the cons side of things. I will just be repeating other reviewers's comments: rooms need updating, view on a wooden wall making the room very dark at all time, takes at least 5 minutes to have hot water running and I believe this is overpriced for what it is really. But was a good enough getaway in-between lockdowns.
R. L.
Down stairs very nice staff present and helpful rooms could do with an up lift.
L. T.
Just back from amazing relaxing night staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome ...we ate in hotel bar food was lovely
D. B.
Food was really nice, rooms were clean staff were friendly, little bit pricey but 2 minutes from the beach and bray head
S. L.
Overnight stay, very clean. Service in the bar excellent
J. B.
Great stay! Nice area, can walk to all needed amenities in Bray. Great food for dinner menue. Would come back with children. The pool is great. Pity jacuzzi and sauna was unavailable thus 4 stars.
B. P.
Food was delicious and the room is fine but not much sleep the noisy room next door
A. M.
Great hotel lovely staff had a great stay. The rooms are lovely and very clean
p. b.
Staff were very helpful and efficient. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Food was very nice also.
A. L.
Great location and the rooms were very clean.
P. G.
The hotel is nice, bar is great and the restaurant has fantastic food. The pool and leisure facilities are nice. The hotel is old but it is fully renovated as such the corridors are thin, and it is not exactly wheelchair or buggy friendly outside the lifts and the floor I was staying you had 3 steps to get to your room, not great when you are carrying bags and a buggy. Also the car park is limited and you do have to pay for it, it only takes cash also no cards, which I could not believe, this is the only hotel I have stayed in that you had to pay for parking. On a positive note it's a short walk to the beach which is great.
D. T.
Pleasantly surprised! Got this deal from Dealrush and after reading some unfavourable reviews, we are pleasantly surprised. Very clean with everything we could want, staff very friendly and helpful. Bright and well lit. Room a tad on the small side but it's lovely with great view from window for a city hotel (old listed building surrounded by a courtyard) and we have a full size bath! Plenty of hot water. It's much nicer than we expected. Food is really great - their buttermilk chicken is to die for! Wonderful beds! We highly recommend the Royal Hotel. We weren't expecting a palace but we got so much more than led to believe by some reviewers! AAA+
E. L.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Booked the day before to attend a funeral. The room was very clean and bed comfortable .
The barman Dave was pleasant and had a great knowledge
Of the modern beers and ales even knew a few places down south where i live.
Would recommend highly for a stay.
F. K.
Brilliant great breakefast nice hotel centre of town a must
R. F.
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. The food was lovely and everyone was very aware and compliant with the guidelines
C.
Booked this first, then read the reviews, was a little nervous about it. But once I arrived all the reviews were wrong, nothing like described. Our room was spotless. When we first checked in, went up to the room fired our stuff in and went back down for some food. The main kitchen was getting done up, so we were told theres only a small option, which when we read the menu was fine, I got the bacon and cabbage which was lovely. The bar staff were friendly too. There was a smell of paint in the hallways but nothing in the room which is fine, as stated before it was being done up. Only two faults with the place is that elevator light a little too bright in the morning with a hangover and the shower. The shower states let the water run for a few minutes before, didn't think I'd nearly have to preheat the shower the night before.
As far as the hotel went the stay was enjoyable, and nothing wrong with it compared to reviews.
P.S. There is a carpark around the back, and its €5 extra night for anyone wondering.
S. F.
Great place to stay & great deal on accommodation with super large rooms. Friendly staff & only 30 mins from downtown Dublin. Food great... super choice for breakfast. Breakfast slightly cheaper if you book in advance. Secure parking at rear of hotel for €5 overnight. Will stay here again.
D. M. P.
Excelente lugar. Amazing place. The manager very professional and friendly 👏 👌 👍 🙌

I was with a group of 34 people and we stayed for 2 nights. The room I was given when you open the window it was very noisy and no view at all. I asked if I could change the room and was given a room with a great view of Bray. This is an old Hotel food ok and staff helpful. Bray is a lovely place and I would love to come back.
p. p.
It's ok . The staff are lovely very friendly.
D. M.
Staff really helpful, food was good nice family break away.
N. O.
Hotels location is central. Room that we stayed in was facing back of the hotel so no view but it was very quiet as I asked. Clean and cosy. Staff was very friendly and hospitable starting with porters, bar staff, receptionists, finishing with manager. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
s. k.
Fabulous place to stay in and lovely staff
L. H.
Really enjoyed stay here only problem was the keys... constantly not working.. can't get towards stairs or lift for rooms without one and I easily wasted about 2 hours over weekend retrieving new keys or looking for someone to open door lift etc... very frustrating.. but other than that staff lovely room fab food lovely in bar. Let's hope they sorted the keys
G. C.
Outdated ,basic rooms, great food, lovely staff, but watch the prices,if the hotel is filling up,the prices double, sundays is a quarter the price,I got caught on saturday ,went mad at checkout time, beware folks,.
G. S.
Me and my partner stead on the 12th of October for our anniversary and the food and drink wore really nice and also the breakfast was very good. The most we look for is good service and the service was excellent from all staff and the management who just went above and beyond for us. We would recommend this hotel for couples and familys as they have swimming pool also.
Thank you
Graham

I spent four nights here with my son. It's a good location for exploring Bray and nearby locations like Powerscourt and Greystones. It's a bit odd because it's a hotel joined to a pub which is joined to a leisure centre. Staff were all very friendly other than James the Gym manager who demanded to see my room card even though the sign in book asked for room number. However his staff and the facility made up for his short coming. Well equipped gym, nice jacuzzi and pool. These are open to the public there is door code that changes daily. There is a small car park at the back that you can use for €5 a day and play room with pool tables that cost €1 per game. I didn't eat in the hotel as their are a few restaurants locally to choose from.
J. W.
Enjoyed a break in the Royal Hotel and was delighted with the updated quality of the rooms. We needed an accessible room and was delighted to see the quality of the room and the bathroom which was designed for easy if use. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant to deal with.
A. M.
Beautiful hotel, rooms are very dated and need new windows urgently. Street noise was defening from inside the room.
Common area's like the restaurant and concierge looked beatiful and modern. Food was delicious and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
A little uncomfortable using the pool as I found a uses womens razor and used plaster beside the pool.
G. P.
A special experience. We visited 8/8/16 to 12/8/16 and found the Hotel to be everything it needed to be, good room including amenities, good restaurant, and good food. The Leisure facilities were fantastic and the Wi-Fi reliable and fast. The Hotel staff and the service they rendered took our experience at this hotel to the next level up. They were very professional, but if you wanted friendliness there was an abundance of that too. Some people just want the staff to do their job, well they did that excellently. We try to be friendly wherever we go and all the staff and management reciprocated with genuine good natured Irish humour and kindness. This was our first experience of Ireland, and we look forward to more of the same in future. We would be very happy to return to this Hotel. Thank you Mary and all of your colleagues for the great breakfast and dinner service, you added a lot to our holiday. Graham & Maria.

Amazing Hotel. Hospitality, clean, room, staff. We recommend
M.
Awesome place to stay with family stayed for two nights. Breakfast was nice
Z. F.
Very confusing building with access to amenities unclear. Doors that should have been open weren't and access to a lot of the hotel in through confusing passageways. Pool hours are terrible and they mandate swim caps (what?). Rooms were good enough. Fine for an overnight stay.
M. M.
Stayed 2 nights for bray air show ..have to say after reading the reviews i was having second thoughts but have to say to so glad I didn't reception staff very friendly..great bar and food top class rooms spotless ..only thing I can fault them is no aircon...will defo stay next year for airshow 🛩🛩🛩🛩

So many memories at this hotel and Bray 💚 we stayed and got married at The Royal Hotel back in 2014, the rooms are nice and cosy, lovely staff, very friendly. Yummy breakfast. Excellent location. Beautiful swimming pool. Totally recommend it
J. O.
Barfood and restaurant food absolutely excellent. Hotel reception staff not welcoming and not responsive. Some Bar staff not friendly and you have to be careful not to get short changed. Room was modern and clean. Room doors slam shut loudly and can hear adjacent room doors slam alot in the morning. Staff attitude very frustrating and clearly not trained or managed. When we complained about cold shower the response was "leave the tap run for longer".
F. D.
Book a night away in Bray. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
Lovely food .

Hotel ok. First off I booked through hotel and asked for a nice view. I got a back room looking onto a square roof Disappointed.
Hotel was clean, and ok decorated.
None of the staff were polite or interactive. Breakfast was very poor again no polite staff, fried food packed with grease pooled in hot pans not appealing at all.
Y. K.
Hotel staff were amazing..to be honest i didn’t like the room at first but we wer accommodated fast an friendly..lovely girl jing..i have to say many thanks to her..fabulous lady..thank you all so much..and thanks for the guy that changed our room to a wonderful view💕
M. O. F. C.
Great location. Close to the seafront restaurants and music bars, right by the train and bus stop for easy access to Dublin city or powerscourt. In the heart of Bray town. The hotel is slowly been updated with new lobby and recently new McGettigan bar. Food is excellent. Some of the rooms have been updated and some our still older decor. They are not high end rooms and need total make over for sure but they are fine for a place to stay. They are upgrading each rooms. Parking is available at a fee and yo will need a swim cap for the pool. Best of all is the staff. The front desk staff are so helpful. If you want a place to stay close to dublin and seafront this is a good hotel.
P. H.
Brilliant hotel very close to dart line staff nice and friendly food fantastic disappointed we didn't get a room we request bedrooms are very nice but need air conditioning and something done about the outside noice a very clean hotel
L. H.
Had a fantastic stay at ur hotel ur staff were so helpful in everyway thanks for an amazing experience while staying at ur hotel. ☺
J. S.
Lovely hotel really comfortable rooms and great staff. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and would be perfect if it sold papers but that's only a small point as there's plenty of really good shops nearby.
C. F.
Congratulations to The Royal Hotel & Merrill Leisure Club in Bray on their new McGettigan's Bar. The bar is spacious and comfortable with cosy seating to suit all ages and a menu for all tastes. Currently the bedrooms are being refurbished with minimum disruption. Our recent updated room was cosy, well serviced and everything one expects. The courteous and helpful staff made our 3 day break at this hotel most enjoyable. Their car park is a bonus too.
W. S.
I only use the leisure centre and I think it serves its purpose. The gym is never full and you have enough equipment to do all your workout and the pool is good. The cleanness of the changing rooms could be improved.
s. k.
Great 3 star hotel. Very clean and lovely staff. It’s centrally located with very nice facilities attached to the hotel. It’s also a short walk down to Bray Beach front.
J. D.
Wonderful stay. The rooms were very nice and clean.
M. S.
Clean good value helpfull staff esp at reception
d. m. n.
Lovely rooms, friendly staff, good food, didn't get a chance to use the gym a I was on a fire service course
M. T.
Amazing Place and Amazing Staff food was really nice and if you need iron just go to front desk and they get you one. Just one point to make there is no air con in rooms but you can ask for fan.
j. b.
We have stayed in the Royal three times and have had nothing to complain about the food is good the staff are really friendly,, the manger Ashraf does not know the meaning of no,and goes out of his way to help ,also the hotel is right on the main street so everything is close by .
t. w.
Good place to go but check your glasses in the bar. 5.20 a pint and getting dirty glasses not acceptable sorry. Twice I've had things floating in my pint. Brought it to bar managers attention for him to shrug his shoulders
A. M. (.
Nice hotel.should be 4 stars
We as a family loved it. Bit pricey but is in dublin!
E. Q.
dont get a room by the street too busy in the mornings get yourself a room to the rear and you will be fine. dinner excellent one of the best i have had great service bar has a very nice atmosphere .
R. S.
Great hotel kid friendly there was an issue with noise in one of the other rooms and staff acted quickly to fix the problem spotless clean and friendly staff
M. B.
Even though the room was newly decorated finish was not great and overall it was not value for money. Pity, as it's a convenient location for me but I wouldn't go back
n. J.
Loved my stay at this hotel arrived by mistake a month early and the girl on reception sorted it out by bringing our booking forward even though the hotel was busy then managed to get us a room . We had a three course meal included so we just went to the bar to eat the food was fantastic
The staff in the bar were friendly and helpful . Will definitely return for another short break
C. D.
Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was great... Our room was very modern and clean ... Great location for seafront where the night life was buzzing ... Food was good and loads of parking at back of hotel
T. D.
Not the most accessible hotel, very old. Doors are heavy & wheelchair users would need help to open them. Lift is very small, barely room to get wheelchair in with carers.
M. H.
The front desk staff were good and informative, and the room was very nice and cosy. The swimming pool was a bit of let down due to the cleanliness, the water was very murky due to being shallow and heavily used, and thus heavily treated to keep it sterile. Otherwise, a comfortable and reliable hotel.
E. M. F.
stayed on sat nite after big hell and back adventure, room basic mostly clean but not great, toilet roll almost ran out when we arrived, no extra any where to be seen, holder for same hanging off wall.. dresser type item between twin bed was falling apart and i do mean apart, we found corner section on floor with nails pointing upwards. windows unclean.. water took while to get to good temp but useable when there.. didnt eat here but had one drink, and have to say all the staff i came in contact with were great, helpful, and courtesy..updating this as i had thought my bag had gone missing from the room while we were out, however i am very glad to say its been found safe and sound :) i want to thank both people that contacted me in ref to it and how helpful they both were. Katie i believe was one the other i am sorry i cant rem name. but big thank you. Royal not great for design and layout but your people make you worth the trip ..

Thank you for a lovely two night break, when we arrived there seemed to be a problem with the on line booking we had made as it had not come up on the booking system, but the very professional reception staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room for both nights, in future must always ring to make sure its confirmed, again refurbished rooms are excellent with top quality fittings and finished beautifully with soft colour scheme, food also very good, we will be back very soon thank you again

Having recently taken a group of 38 U3A members to The Royal, I would like to compliment the staff on their friendly helpful service and the kitchen staff for the great food. The refurbished rooms allocated were tastefully decorated. A great time was had by all.
G. C.
Not at all like its pictured, rooms small for families mutiple steps throw the long halls to the rooms especially for families with prams its difficult very clean nice staff
O. O.
Enjoyed everyday of my stay. Great atmosphere, staff and food.
J. L.
Very nice hotel. Stayed there because of price even though I was working in Dublin.
The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the DART station which operates a very regular device into Dublin.
Would stay again when working in Dublin.
R.
Lovely food and very friendly and helpful staff 👌
S. C.
Lovely, cosy & comfortable...though the entrance double door is not automatic so if you're having a buggy you may need hand.
M. J.
Wonderful staff beautiful food

The all night bar was a let down as it was not all night, also the rooms are grand just hotel is very old. Not great for prams
M. R.
My husband and I got married last Friday in the Royal hotel Bray Co.Wicklow. The stay was amazing from start to finish!
S. T.
Lovely place, nice bar, but don't get a room above it, as it was noisy especially at the weekend
T. L.
Staff very friendly close to beach room was lovely bar had everthing we ask for and pool amazing
J. H.
The new young French guy on reception is quite unfriendly and unhelpful, but the hotel is great and we always enjoy our stays here
G. c.
Very small family rooms not pram friendly with steps on long long halls even after using the lift staff helpful and friendly
D. M.
Stayed in The Royal Bray for one night as we were just passing through on a motorcycle trip. The staff are friendly and very helpful and provided us with free secure parking at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The gym and pool area are first class.Fantastic bar as well. The room was large with one double and two single beds with a reasonably sized bathroom. The location is central and reasonably priced. We paid a little extra for breakfast which is buffet style with the usual hot and cold food selection, tea and coffee.I shall most definitely return.
M. M.
Had a problem with parking, bit of a nightmare if you arrive at night, also the windows in the room where drafty, but breakfast was lovely
A.
Nice warm small to average size swimming pool with friendly reception staff. Steam and sauna also at a nice proper hot temperature. Jacuzzi not bad. Kids must be supervised as there is no lifeguard.
t. m.
Lovely hotel. Great staff both in the bar and in the restaurant. Looking forward to returning here
M. J.
We go to Merrill leisure centre regularly. Staff are okay. The swimming pool is a bit chabby, railings loose, mosaic coming of the walls and seating in the steam room, jacuzzi out of order a lot and has to much chlorine in it. No disable facilities. It needs a good renovating job. Not so familiar with the gym. The hotel it self is nice
H. L.
The room is average but warm. It's an Excellent spa where we really relaxed.
S. “. L.
Could do with a modernization of the rooms. Views from this hotel are very poor. Comfortable beds though.

Just attended a party there, good fun but bar staff couldn't pull a proper pint and security guard was a bit over the top, reducing fun rather than keeping it safe

J. Q.
An old hotel with a lot of character & charm. The staff are pretty good, friendly & some enjoy working there.Rooms are ok,no air conditioning so every night was very warm so you dont get a great sleep,we had to keep the window open.View was a wall, wires & window.Steps from the lift to the bedrooms which is not great for elderly & suitcases but this is down to it being an old building.Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, games room was basic - pool tables, football table & air hockey.Gym & spa also in hotel.Bar was good with lots of TV's for watching sports.Barfood was ok.Breakfast was overpriced, selection limited, basic enough but fry is cooked fresh & staff very willing to fulfill your wishes.
Wifi was like Fort Knox to log into, got in on the third day so maybe it's got a limit of users??Worked fine though.
Lastly the carpark.Limited spaces which you have to pay for.€5 for overnight if staying in hotel,€1/hour.One space has a cone over a water meter - mental.
Our stay at The Royal was enjoyable, dont expect 5 star & dont let this review put you off,you get genuine people making your stay as great as possible. Some amazing people working here.
