Great gastro pub 👍 well worth a visit. Shane and his staff are fantastic from Scott and Martin at the door to Sonia and the rest of the bar staff. Great atmosphere 👌. Sports shown on all TV's including Racing and the bookies is next door.

It was fantastic to be back after so long! Great pub, great food, well equipped for COVID-19. The owner, Shane, is a fantastic host and makes you feel extremely welcome.

Nice local place. Despise All good points for food and place itself here is some small point: Strong smell of toilet tablets when you just entering the Pub. Using cheap cutlery. Very laud, everyone around trying to speak loader so everyone can hear them, so dinner with the family was not pleasant - but it's common to any such kind of pubs. Food is ok, nothing special, but on certain level - was tasty and portions are big. Would like to see Steaks in the menu.

Its not a place not a pub it's more than that! it's a super friendly pub with great live entertainment great bar staff great food and prices are reasonable! Rate it 100 out of 100! It has atmosphere which is so hard to get at other pubs :)

Had a very nice meal..very impressed that chef came out and talked with us.its a local pub..which could do well...but in keeping with the style of new housing,better advice on colour scheme...maybe orange on walls and seating is thought to be warm....no..softer colours and tones would have been so much better..and more welcoming.Best of luck to all involved ..

Wasnt a huge amount of money spent opening it back up and it shows from the painted name on the front to the decor inside. Food was nice but at nearly restaurant prices for pub grub i wont be back. Lack of parking too is also a problem.

Lovely little pub. Went here for food. Got the Vegetarian Curry with rice and garlic bread. The food was top notch, arrived quick enough and portion size was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have onsite parking out the back and located near a bus stop. Would highly recommend anyone in the area to give it a try. Will be back again soon. Initially, bar staff was extremely friendly and professional. The pub has a nice atmosphere. The pints were good. I got a 'cocktail' later on. It was a Long Island Iced Tea. After the first sip the rest was pure vodka. It clearly wasn't shaken, so it wasn't even a cocktail. Besides that, it was only downhill from there. I ordered fish and chips, and when I got the food, the fish was really watery and undercooked, despite the batter being burnt. Honestly, I understand if places don't serve fresh fish, but at least take your time making the food so it comes out properly. When I told the waitress about it, she took the plate and the chef made it again. The second time around it was made well. But, the main reason this is 3 stars is because of the service from the waiting staff. The waitresses that were serving were condescending, gave annoyed looks when asked anything and made you feel like an inconvenience. Their attitude and mannerisms were very poor. They came across as very unwelcoming and unprofessional. Overall, not terrible. But the waiting staff needs some training in customer service...
