Thank you to the team at the Windsor for providing an amazing service the night before our wedding. The windsor helped us entertain a number of relatives and friends who had flown all the way from the UK for our wedding. The staff were amazing and the food is always fantastic. Thank you for coordinating the food platters for our guests. Our wedding party had a fantastic time. Some even came back 2 days later to eat at the restaurant again. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this bar and restaurant. It is very well run and has a good atmosphere. It has a wide and varied menu and particular needs are cared for. They often supply sandwiches on particular football or festival special nights. MB

The food was okay. I would not get the chicken and mash again because it was not nice, the chicken was dry and the mash was okay, but I think they should give you a choice if you want champ because I personally don't like champ. The daiquiri was nice I would recommend you to get one. The brownie was lovely and I would get it again. The staff were friendly.

Really nice restaurant, decor etc. Food was nice however my fillet steak, which was a good size, was over cooked. I asked for med to well done but it was well done. There were plenty of waiters/waitresses about and service was quite quick however I was never asked if my food was ok as I was waiting for the opportunity to mention about the steak. The restaurant was busy and I would return again to give it another go.

Very reasonably priced place to eat a hearty dinner near the centre of town. Nice atmosphere and good service. They were unfortunately out of the rabbit dish which I was longing to try but the scampi was pleasantly different, tasty and plentiful. Recommended!

Yes, yes, yes. It's all good. The decor, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the bathroom and general place all over, and good value for money. The take out dinners are just to die for. I got a beef dinner for my partner, which he ate like 'Desperate Dan' eating a cow pie with two forks, and I ate the tagliatelle with no meat, which is just perfect as I'm a vegetarian. Pity there's no car park, however, I don't think that's going to make any difference to people coming back again and again.

We sat down at a table, ordered some drinks and food. After a while someone told us we were getting moved. We were sat down in an amazing looking room, great atmosphere and good lighting. After about 5 minutes the food arrived, and oh my god this looked amazing. I had the gammon streak with caramelized apple and pineapple. It was amazing! I have been in Ireland for a few months now, have gone to different places, but this is my new #1. The service, the food and just the whole place is in one word: perfect. Would 110% recommend!

Nice spot for a bite to eat. Menu was well set out, starters, meat, chicken, fish. However one would look in vain for pasta. Notwithstanding this, staff readily agreed to get me a chicken pasta dish. I also ordered some garlic bread which arrived way ahead of the pasta - no worries, I managed to keep it warm. The chicken pasta arrived without the chicken - somehow it became a vegetarian pasta 🤔 I was hungry by this stage and started in. Coffee and an excellent dessert made up for the missing chicken - the staff were helpful and cheery. Despite the chicken / vegetarian mix up, I'd recommend it. 👍

When you enter the bar on the ground floor it is deceptive. It looks like a standard local bar. Walk through to the back and up the staircase and you have yourself a big, but cosy and very contemporary restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was fast and the staff were polite. I really recommend this venue for food if you're in the Dundalk area. The only negative was the parking situation. There's no on site parking, and as its on the main road, it could be a little challenging to get to for some people.
