We went to the Burren Smokehouse and wanted to taste the salmon after the tasting. So we went to the tavern next door. Friendly welcome, good home-brewed beer and the excellent salmon and of course the unique atmosphere of the pub. Absolutely recommendable.

A Wonderful Surprise on vacation in Doolin with the kids and they had seen this place on the drive in from Galway. 4 phenom pizzas and one outstanding steak with beautiful presentation. very eclectic warehouse feel with food prep out in front. just watching the care of the chef with each meal and the wonderfully friendly and unobtrusively attentive wait staff made for a great evening.

Small cozy pub, we found it by chance whilst searching for a gas station. Encouraged by the positive reviews on Google we stopped by and had a stew and a smoked salmon. Definitely recommend checking out the salmon it's from a nearby smoking house and superb. Also while you are there don't forget to check out the locally brewed beer.

The local beers are amazing. The Burren larger is lovely but it is their seasonal beer that is amazing. I had the euphoria beer made from Burren herbs. Beautiful taste to the beer. The storehouse restaurant next door does amazing food and you can keep drinking the Burren beers as they are part of the same business

(Translated) After the tour to the cliffs of moher, we urgently needed something to eat. We heard about roadside Tavern through Yelp. When we were there, there was so much traffic that we almost decided to keep going. Next door is the Stonehouse, where you can also eat and drink. The food was very tasty, if a little expensive compared to other restaurants. Most of the locals were there, which is a very good sign. (Original) Nach der Tour zu den cliffs of moher brauchten wir dringend etwas zu essen. Über Yelp sind wir auf roadside Tavern aufmerksam geworden. Als wir dort waren, was dort so viel Verkehr, dass wir beinahe entschlossen hätten weiterzufahren. Nebenan ist nämlich auch noch das Stonehouse, indem man auch essen und trinken kann. Das Essen war sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas teuer im Vergleich mit anderen Lokalitäten. Es waren hier aber hauptsächlich einheimische, was ein sehr gutes Zeichen ist.

Fantastic pub!!! The food was so good we went back everyday. The specials were phenomenal. We tried the Fisherman's Pie (similar to the seafood crowder), Fish and chips, and a seafood risotto... all sensational meals. And we were served by Bridae. She was so lovely. Explaining the dishes to us and offering her suggestions. Thank you for the amazing recommendations. The live music made the meal perfect! We will absolutely drive across the country to come back next holidays.

Lovely roadside pub serving locally sourced food. Fish and Chips 5/5 - breading was excellent and tasty in its own right. The fish was the correct thickness and flaky. The chips were lovely as well. Sat in a quiet area of the restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, ate apps and entrees that are creative and absolutely delicious. We had suited Cliffs of Moher and The Burren and our b&b was in Doolin. We found this restaurant from The Burren and it was such a great experience! The food was fresh, delicious, well prepared, flavorful, yummy! We ordered the 70€ seafood feast for two and it came out on a 3 plate tiered display. The waiters were kind, we got the last table without a reservation, right in front of a window. Bathrooms were clean. This dining experience was one of the highlights of our trip!

I think the marketing of this place gave me expectations that weren’t met. It’s not a bad place to eat- but not the great award nomination experience the website had me believing. The food was nice enough. The service was very good. The toilets had no toilet roll in them but were replaced by the time we were leaving. If you’re thinking of eating here don’t take this as a bad review but just not as amazing as the website would have you believe. If anything would bring me back here it would be the service.

New Chef/Proprietor with a smaller menu than before. We had the tower of fish for 2, Between 4 of us. Smoked fish, oysters, crab meat and prawns at the bottom. Mussels and crab claws in the middle. Topped by Fish (& chips) and scampi. Famous "Euphoria" beer was off, so had their other homemade beers.
