I stopped by here for lunch. Beautiful old pub with good mix of old and new decor. Comfy seats. I sat near the back window with a small view to the water. Food was lovely - I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Credit cards accepted.

Great food and very generous sized portions. My parents opted for half sized meals and they ended up being a decent sized meal in and of themselves. Great service even though they are very busy. Good Covid precautions and loved the the entrance and exit system - one door entrance only and one door exit only.

Very friendly staff, acommodated us nicely for lunch. The place is traditional and seen better times but the food definitely needs improvement. The chowder was oversalted and mushy (instead of creamy), the garlic bread tasted nothing like garlic and the chicken fillet had no flavour. Kids liked their desserts, served nicely. Affordable prices and generous portions.

I visited Ireland recently and very fortunately stumbled across this place. I loved this place. I ordered the chowder and it was not only delicious but reasonably priced. The servers and bartenders were friendly. Plus, they had incredibly high quality live music. I highly recommend!

The Cornerstone is my favourite spot in Lahinch. Good quality, fresh food, big portions and reasonably priced. There is always a good atmosphere whether you want to start off there for a few drinks or stay there until the early hours! Service is top quality also. Can’t fault it!

Hearty and satisfying. We ordered the Traditional Irish Beef Stew, the Fish and Chips, and the Seafood Cowder. The stew was big enough for two people to share. For dessert we got the Sticky Date Pudding and the Apple Pie, which were equally good.

I work as a driver for VIP Buses and had a group of Americans doing the Cliffs of Moher which is 15 mins away. They asked for an authentic Irish experience which served great food and the Corner Stone delivered! I rang ahead only by an hour and was able to book a table for 11 people and we were served by a fantastic waitress Teresa who was friendly, professional and so accommodating at such short notice!! Will be using this for my groups visiting I've the aunt and would highly recommend! Food was amazing and everyone loved it! Great job!!!

Arrived here very hungry after a sea swim and found the place quite busy with just a few free tables left. We were served instantly by a friendly waitress who was very efficient in dealing with us and the tables around us. Food was nice, but I was disappointed with the service and our seats. There was 6 of us squashed into seats in a corner that there was not enough room at, my seat was literally squashed up against a table behind me, so I was listening to the conversation of the 2 people behind me for the whole meal.... Who incidentally were about as pleased as I was with their experience. The service here is usually fine, but this time,bit felt as though the waitress was doing us a favour serving us, and was hovering over us, trying to clear out table before we were even finished, we were showed more attention then than during the meal itself. The full attention was given to a big group of tourists... Dont forget about the Irish people who have supported your business consistently....

Their statement about pub food being served is an underestimate of the quality of their food and service. We were lucky enough to to get a table and enjoy a full meal with drinks but we really celebrated ourselves on picking this place. Would not surprise us if this is the best in town. The stew but for sure also the mussels in garlic crème saus are really something to advise.

A restaurant that we loved, in terms of atmosphere and food/drink. It's the first time we ordered "fish and chips" and the truth is that we liked it a lot, both because of how well done the fish and the breading were, and the accompanying fries, very well done, they are not refried like in others sites. For the main course we ordered the mussels, at first we were a little hesitant about whether to order them or not, but it was a surprise, they were delicious and the sauce was brutal. For dessert we ordered the famous apple pie, it is totally different from how it is made in Spain, but it was another success, how delicious it was. Do not hesitate to enter this restaurant, you will surely be right.
