w. l.Could you pass on my best regards to your staff that where working last night 20th July. Was told when I arrived that they were busy and no tables where available. But the gentleman waiter stopped us and said wait 10 minutes and I’ll get yous a table. We are a family of 4 and true to his word got us in. The food was unreal and the other staff friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be back

For the majority, the floor staff were attentive and friendly, and the evening slightly tarred by a bar staff member who wasn't at all friendly and I'd consider rude (he wasn't interested in taking my husband's order properly - taking one drink order at a time, and made me wait for a person who was behind me [because he came after]). Shame. Probably wouldn't go back if I was in the area.

L.We had a great meal here. The Lunch time menu was affordable and my friends were very pleased with what they got. One had the burger and another had a sandwich. I had the special sausage and mash casserole, again very filling. Totally recomend you to come people to come here!

Visited while Gaelic football was on television, so the pub was busy with a nice atmosphere and with a dotting of televisions so not too intrusive for those who may not be there to watch sport. Good variety on the menu and behind the bar.

Had a nice relaxing meal here with my wife, ordered a bit too much food.
Very polite staff even on a busy Friday evening.
Pizzas are large and well priced as are the sides.
They're well cooked too in a proper wood fired over. Only criticism I'd give is that they could have been a little crispier but that's personal preference
Cost around €50 for two of us with mains, sides and a few drinks.
Would recommend for sure. Will more than likely be back before the end of our stay

J. G.Well nice spot right in the centre of town. Good food. Always a good atmosphere and nice team there to look after you. Games for kids, and not so small kids!. Good menu selection and great stonebaked pizza. Big selection to cover everyone in the group. Regular plus home-brewed beers/ales etc on tap or bottle. Enough, but not too much TVs for events and showing a good mix on it.

A. J.We stopped in late (9PM) for some food and drinks. Tara was our server and was such a joy. We were between a few different pizzas on the menu, not only did she help us narrow things down with excellent descriptions of each but she even set us up with a half-and-half pizza so we could try two kinds.
My wife had a local gin (picked out with the help of Tara) and tonic. We were both beyond pleased. Excellent craft beer options, I had several and was very happy with the selection - Pale’s, Red’s, IPA’s, and Stouts. It was very easy to drink and be merry with the addition of a good classic pub atmosphere.
As we were leaving we asked about the best spot to pick up a local Wool blanket and she pointed us to a few shops in town but later explained her grandmother is from the area and always seeks out Foxford Woolen Mills which is further north. Our trip was taking us that way anyhow, long story made short, we ended up picking up multiple items from there and was very thankful for the recommendation.
