Friendly staff are always happy to help and the food is always excellent. Carvery or set menus give good choices and kids menus are good too(and the kids menu also doubles as a puzzle, activities and colouring sheet 👍). Staff when myself and my family called today were excellent.

B. R.Came here for lunch. The carvery was fabulous. Portions were really big. Only complaint was, I got the beef and it was a little over cooked in my opinion. If you like well done then its great! My favorite was the scalloped potatoes, some of the best I've had, by far!! Atmosphere is really nice, not too loud. The staff was friendly as well.
L. W.Lots of choice, friendly staff and welcoming decor. Food is fantastic, the Cajun salad and fried chicken with pepper sauce are worth a try if you can't decide! Prices are quite reasonable too. Well worth checking out.

Stay friendly with locals, what's fine but they are other people. To lads having a few drinks at 4 pm that's fine. But the language out of them , if you have small kids .

S. C.We had a family gathering yesterday in "The Unicorn" and and it was fantastic. Manager Jim and his staff were so professional, friendly and accomodating. The food was excellent and plentiful and the premises spotless and specious with plenty of parking outside. I would highly recommend The Unicorn

L. H.Just had lunch there and it was lovely, great selection, carvery plus bar menu. Good value, excellent staff. Manager Jim leading by example. Only downside, no custard for desert, ha ha, small worrys, had pavlova instead. Would go back no problem.
