I went here with very low expectations following the reviews. So I was literally blown away by the service and quality of foot. Maybe it's a new chef and new staff following the pandemic. But 5 Stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We were a large group of drunken idiots and they tolerated us very well. Also, see food photos attached.

Wonderful seafood chowder. Their beer garden is charming and helps if you get hot easily like I do. They also let you sit out there if you aren't vaccinated against covid. I am but the clouds cleared for the evening and it was nice to eat and drink in the fresh air. Mask required to go through bar to the garden.

Good carvery but not a great carvery! Very well cooked but the veggies were very bland, including the garlic potatoes. Would like to give it a 3.5, but no option, so it's a 3 for me. Would have gotten a 4 but the prices are not cheap, 15 Euros for a carvery is a bit much

Love Danny Byrnes, it's cool but cosy, trendy art work with traditional furniture finishes. Staff are friendly and efficient. Great spot for live music, big screens for sports, top notch smoking area and the food is gorgeous. Fantastic atmosphere, great for functions, some serious dancing has taken place here, it's stylish, slightly grubby, covered up with red lights, it's loud and most importantly it's fun.

Great place for a pint with friends. The food is excellent and there's a general good vibe. There's a big screen for watching sports if you're into that. Danny's has a good selection of whiskey and decent Guinness, coupled with a warm welcome from the staff you'll feel right at home.

Bar food was being served when we arrived. The carvery finishes at 5.00pm on Sunday. I had the Jack Daniels spare ribs with chunky chips and a little side salad. My sister had the half roast chicken. We both enjoyed our food and thought tbe quality was good. I had the brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream, it was delicious. My sister had the sticky toffee pudding, also delicious. The staff are lovely and friendly and very polite. All in all a lovely meal.

One of the best bars food establishments in Mullingar . Great live local acts,plenty of live bands thursday-Sunday. Very quint inside . great food ,great selections of beers and cocktails. Brilliant smoking area with cinematic TV screen for live sports . Nooks and crannies for quiet conversation inside Can get very crowded with a very young crowd at weekends,not a place to bring young kids . well worth a visit

The pub was very dark could not read the menu. Ordered our food and glass of wine. One meal good steak sandwich ok . I asked for another glass of red cab sauv. Girl said wine cab sauv but it was a merlot I could not be bothered to complain

I was therw for an event in the function room and everything was great including the food with one exception the foot traffic of strangwrs going through to the restrooms which are inconviently placed.

have only been here once, it was very dark inside but as it was 30° outside we didnt mind too much. our food was just ok, didn't have much flavour. the staff were friendly but it lacked atmosphere.
