This was so relaxing and chilled, staff were on point throughout the whole sitting, and most importantly good to catch up with friends since 2020, food was just fab, clean plates going back 👌😊

During our stay in Nenagh of days, we came to this place four times. We loved it every time. Excellent kitchen and service. They can receive many guests with ease, I never had the feeling of crowdyness. Good variety in the menu.

The food was good but you would be doing well if you could get another drink, glass of water or get anyone's attention to ask for anything really. We had a starter to share first and as as our plate was removed from the table we thanked the gentleman that picked it up only to be ignored as he spoke to the table of locals behind us. No real atmosphere to the place and no service other than taking our food order. Atleast the food was good.

We came here for my fiancee's birthday treat we both had the fillet steak. It was absolutely gorgeous! Best steak we've ever had! The service was great and the food came out really quick. Would defo come back next time we're over from England.

Lovely restaurant a few miles from Nenagh. Fish and chips or special pizza was delicious. I requested pizza to have extra spicy stuff and I was surprised by the chef - it was really spicy, enough spicy to be able to taste the pizza. A must go for you. Add this place to your list. For sure, I will come back to enjoy and discover other items from the menu.

My sisters and I met recently at the thatch. Meal and staff excellent however it's a pity Noreen doesn't engage with her customers a bit more. We are after all keeping her going. Not even hello.The same thing happened the last time I was there. We are all under pressure.

Came here on the way home to get some carvery, asked for half portion & full portion, i didn't realise until I got home that I got charged for 2 full portions. I asked for everything on the plate didn't get stuffing (thought was under the meat lol). Garlic potatoes were a bit too rich for me but rest of the grub was lovely.
