My husband and I recently sold our house and faced many disheartening setbacks in the process. If it wasn't for Audrey Power from Castle, we wouldn't of found the perfect home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her standard of work was outstanding. She demonstrated professionalism, utmost kindness and compassion through out the whole process. I couldn't recommend her enough. We absolutely loved her.

Our home was valued by Darren in Castles at the end of June, on the market a few days later with very high standard photos, and viewings held just another few days later. We were Sale Agreed within weeks and closed the sale just 3 months from start to finish. The sale was handled by Peter who was extremely efficient. He arranged regular viewings at our convenience and replied to our texts very quickly. He was always available and had up to date information on bids and advised us on the reliability of each bidder too. While we were in the process of selling, a house we liked came to market with Castles, too. We viewed it and were very lucky to deal with Deborah who put us forward as genuine buyers and liaised with the vendors to secure a mutually agreeable price. While we waited on the purchase to close, Deborah arranged access for us on a number of occasions so that we could measure for furniture etc. She was always easy to contact and when the time came for us to collect the keys she ensured she met us, even though it was her day off. I would highly recommend Castles for both buyers and sellers. As Darren told me on the first day we met, "It'll either work out or it won't, but you won't know unless you try" I am so glad we tried because it worked out for us twofold with Castles.

Unbelievably the process only took a few hours from our initial phone call - I had called Castle to arrange an appointment, Darren arrived at the house on time that same morning to carry out the valuation, he was highly professional and had great attention to detail. That afternoon the valuation was emailed to me by Juan with a hard copy personally delivered to the house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will be using them for all future business.

I have no hesitation in recommending Chase Nouri as we close on our house sale today. We had good tenants in our house and felt bad when we told them we were selling up. Within days Chase had them sorted with another rental property in same area near schools etc so all were happy. Chase assisted us in finding local tradesmen at keen prices to decorate and prepare house for showing. Within 2 weeks of for sale sign going up we were sale agreed at a price we were happy with. Just want to say the biggest thank you to Chase Nouri @chase_n14, we signed our contract today after possibly the toughest 6 months we've ever had! We contacted Chase after a friend recommended him. We were with another agent (who shall remain nameless) who was doing absolutely nothing for us, only stressing us out!
