TL:DR. You can't get better EAs than this crowd. I contracted with Conerney EAs to sell my property in Jul'20. Simon and his colleague visited the property and they gave me a list of things to do before putting the property up for sale. The list included painting, cleaning, fixing etc. Once the property was ready, they came over the following day, decorated the property with their own pictures, furniture, flowers, bed linen candles etc. They took the pics and video and the property was up for sale online the following day. They didn't waste a single day! Property was up for sale for 3 weeks and they got sale agreed. From putting the property up for sale till the sale closed, Simon stayed in touch through out the sale process. Always answered or returned my calls and replied my texts. I truly felt that Simon acted in the best of my interests. I acted on their advise re doing up the property and deciding the asking price and they got me the result I expected. I couldn't have made a better choice. Simon would be my 1st choice if I ever have to sell the property in future. Highly Recommended. A++
