I have just finished renting an apartment with Dublin Lettings after almost 3 year's and it's a sad day for me that I've left. This letting agent are excellent and are extremely professional in how they treat their tenants. I was delighted with the service Dublinlettings provided over the last 10 years as a tenant in two different properties. They maintained both apartments in high standard and always responded immediately to any reported issues. Property inspections were carried out every 10 months which helped them to understand properties needs. The support and attention was very professional. Deposit was paid back always on time. As a tenant I found Dublin Lettings very responsive and helpful. They have an online system for logging any maintenance issues, which are attended to very quickly. Their staff were responsive to all of my queries and pleasant to interact with. We also received our deposit back upon the end of our time in the property very quickly. This is a rare 5 star review from me. 1) I moved back to Ireland in the midst of the pandemic and this company and its employees were extremely helpful and patient with me whilst looking at a couple of their listings remotely either via video call or via proxy. 2) there was a problem where my oven broke on a Saturday and the turn around was barely a couple days before a new one was installed. 3) any representative that needed to enter my apartment has been safe, properly masked, and willing to work with safety requirements 4) on top of all that they've been friendly to work with.

Have been renting an apartment for just over a year. They're very easy to communicate with and always give plenty of notice if anyone needs to drop over. With all the lock-downs we were hesitant on reporting any issues and only that our water pump stopped working and they sent a plumber out the following day did we realise it was might be worth reporting the other problems. I was blown away, we reported the two major problems on the 18th of Feb and today (24th) the repairs have been completed and the replacement furniture is on its way (this afternoon). I am so grateful for how quick and easy this whole process was. I hope we won't have anymore problems but I feel safe and assured by Dublin Letting's professionalism.
