I lived in an apartment in Windmill Lane, Dublin 2 for three and a half years that was managed by Lowe and Associates and found them to be an excellent company to deal with. My point of contact for the duration of my tenancy was Brenda Reilly and I found her to very professional and attentive. Any time we needed anything repaired or replaced in the apartment, Brenda always actioned the request immediately and to great effect. At the start we first met with Karl to view the property and then move on to the signing, each step was looked after efficiently and in a timely manner while Karl ensured we understood everything and had all the time in the world for any queries or concerns. Since then a fantastic and extremely helpful person Sinéad has taken over the management of our specific property, within a day of raising some concerns a person was on site to assess and deal with the problem. The company and the team allocated to assisting manage the property that I was renting are first class. They are always willing to assist with any queries or requests and always go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of; queries are answered promptly and thoroughly and any requests are serviced efficiently and effectively. I dealt directly with one of Gillespie's Property Managers, Sinead Dowling, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with her professionalism and committment to myself as the tennant. Sinead has been extremely supportive of my needs and has always ensured that she is available when required to deal with any requests or queries that I might have. I would highly recommend renting with this company and if I return to Dublin in the future to live, I most certianly will use this company again.

The apartment is in excellent condition, but was not immune to the normal wear & tear that can be expected with time. Any time I had a concern with the apartment, an email or phone call was all that was needed to get things fixed. Sinead Dowling in particular was the property manager we dealt with. She was extremely professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. A shame to be parting ways!

Total 1.5 days work completed to a very high standard. Brenda was extremely helpful and the tradesmen very professional.

I had a very positive experience with Lowe & Associates during the heavy snow in early March. After my heating stopped working I emailed them and got a quick response from Sinead Dowling. They came out to my house when there was a heavy snowfall and when it was almost impossible to move in the snow and fixed the problem. It's an honour dealing with people with such professionalism.
