Great company to rent from. I leased a 3 bedroom through Gillespie in Sandymount from February 2019 through to July 2020. They made things smooth and stress free when moving in and rarely troubled us when we were living there, only passing on information from the landlord on when required. When we decided to move out due to the pandemic they were very understanding and helpful throughout the process. They refunded us with our deposit accordingly after making the agreed deductions. Would definitely used again. A special mention to Brenda and Karl who were helpful throughout the process.

I have just finished a 2 year tenancy in a property with DNG. I found DNG so professional from start to finish. During my tenancy I was mostly in contact with a property manager there named Paul Smith. I have never had a bad experience speaking to Paul over the last two years. He was always very professional and helpful. Any queries or issues I had over email (no matter how minor) were responded to almost immediately. We had a few problems that required maintenance and Paul communicated this to the landlord and got them fixed very quickly. They have a great maintenance team. They even done extra things in the apartment that we didn’t ask for e.g. fitting fire blankets, CO alarm etc. Upon moving out he also ensured we got our deposit back when we didn’t hear anything back from the landlord, which we really appreciated. We had really bad experiences with landlords in the past and it was so reassuring to know we had DNG supporting us and making sure we were getting treated fairly. It took so much hassle and stress out of the moving process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Paul & DNG!

I don't right review often and this is one instance where i think it worth writing a review. I dealt with DNG Gillespie Lowe and I got strong believe that this is a gentlemen company. Mr Paul I talked to during my tenancy is very humble and approachable man. When we moved to apartment there were issues and I keep on bothering Mr Paul with list of problems and he very patently listen and worked on resolving each of those. When landlord wanted to sell the apartment he helped in getting viewing and helped as much as he can. I spoke with few more Gillespie Lowe staff during search or during inspection of apartment and i found all are very gentle and helpful. Keep it up guys, way to go !

Update: To be more balanced, I now feel some of this below is to do with the company's processes rather than the staff. I was contacted by phone by the staff to give me all the info I needed a half day later. It was a good call and was professional. But my concern is that I had to initiate everything myself at first. It might be that they get too many client contacts - but honestly that is something they should have worked out. It should not impact the support they give to a potential renter or buyer. Dec 2018: Unprofessional Can't find emails sent through Daft - only when you get them on the phone to go look for it do they find them. Re viewings: Lack of communication, no contact numbers in case of issues on the day to get into viewing etc.
