Howley Souhan recently completed the sale of an apartment for us. Throughout the whole process, the service was first class. We primarily dealt with Dave but the whole team were so responsive, efficient and extremely professional. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and provided great advice from start to finish. Our experience with the firm has been so positive and I could not recommend them highly enough. A massive thank you to Dave and the team who kept things moving at pace, no ask to big and who were so professional, courteous and diligent. If you are looking for an agent, look no further! I use Howley Souhan to let and manage my property. The letting process was simple and well managed. Where Howley Souhan outshone any other agent is in property management. Within days of tenant moving in the apartment flooded. The full team were on the case immediately, despite it being 11pm on a Sunday night, from immediate emergency call out (Alan) , following up with management company (David) , managing the tenant and sorting the repairs(Colene). This was all done in such a professional and friendly manner. I have been in a similar situation while using a management agent with a international reach so I have something to compare to and Howley Souhan are streets ahead in what they deliver. I highly recommend the whole team at Howley Souhan.

David has been nothing short of amazing, being new to renting out property, there are lots of things to consider and ensure are done right. We selected David after interviewing a few agents, he is knowledgeable about property and the locale, made everything so seamless and communicated really clearly and was incredibly responsive. We feel like we hit the jackpot with them and thankfully made the decision to have them manage the letting too. David had our property rented in 2 weeks and we had a selection of tenants to choose from, they thoroughly checked references and we are really happy with the tenants we have as a result!
