s. t.When I went to sell my house I reached out the big estate agents in Dublin but I felt that they didn't understand the true value of the property. I genuinely didn't want a high value for the sake of it as that is a waste of everyone's time but I believed it was worth far more. Patrick Leonard of Leonard Wilson Keenan Estate Agents saw the true value and, against all of the big real estate names, got it absolutely right. He was the only one that took the time to understand what I was saying. I couldn't recommend him and the company highly enough. From a buyer's point of view you want accuracy and a deep understanding of the market. Patrick is miles ahead on this relative to his peers.
