We approached REMAX Galway in the first week of December 2020 regarding selling a property Colm Ruane was our first point of contact he was very pleasant to speak to on the phone, So we agreed that he would come out and view the property and value it and discuss how to market it and their terms and conditions of sale After meeting with Colm we knew straight away we were dealing with a very professional auctioneer so we advised him to sell the property for us, we gave him the keys and left it In his capable hands and he went and listed the property on December the 9th the following day he advised me that he had 2 viewings organised there was quite a few viewings after that and he kept us informed at all times, And on the 21st of January sale was agreed and February 24th contracts were signed to our satisfaction. Colm took control of everything and gave us peace of mind and concluded the sale of our property with great efficiency and professionalism.
