Every phone call was answered or returned and there was nothing that was too much trouble. Kathy was friendly and professional and we felt she really cared. We recently sold our hose via A-Move and found them very professional right from the get go. Kathy recommended getting professional photos which I would absolutely agree with. Never listen to the auctioneer who "takes their own pictures". Kathy and sometimes Tanya were always very responsive and you always felt that they were working for you. We priced around and found that their fees are very competitive also. All in all I would absolutely recommend talking to A-Move before selling your property.

We recently moved into our new house and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from AMOVE. We cannot thank Kathy enough for the incredible job she did. The photos and sales broucure were of a very high standard as was the online advertising. Kathy Edel and the team are ultra professional and courteous . For anyone looking to sell their house in the Kildare area i would highly recommend discussing it with AMOVE. After approaching a number of agents AMOVE seems to have the best knowledge of the Kildare market while also having a better attention to detail than the others when discussing what improvements we should make for the viewings. They also provided an outstanding photographer who got incredible photos even though it was an awful dull day. Throughout the process AMOVE were always on hand for any advice on the sale but also available for any advice with our purchase. Every step of the way they were a fantastic partner and in the end fantastic value for money compared to the other agents.

I would highly recommend AMOVE. When my wife and I decided to bring our home to market, AMOVE were our first choice. They have a great reputation locally and any reviews we had read online were nothing but complimentary. We did of course ring several Auctioneers in the area, but once we met Cathy at the house it was an obvious choice. We decided there and then. We got the best advice on the value of the house, which sounds like the minimum requirement you'd expect from an auctioneer, but my wife and I had really underestimated it. Cathy also advised us on the best strategy for selling our home, and it worked exactly like she expected, and fetched a final sale price that she had anticipated. The online ads for the house were excellent. Our home was really well presented, and the photographer also got some great drone shots of the property. The viewings were seamless and very respectful given that we were of course still living there. Precautions were taken around COVID-19 and shoe coverings were worn by everyone that stepped inside. As offers came in, Tanya kept us updated and sent an email confirmation for each increased offer. After we had accepted an offer and went sale agreed, everything slowed due to factors outside of anyones control, but Tanya kept us informed on the progress at every opportunity and always answered or returned calls when we had a query. We had a very pleasant experience throughout and we would certainly go back to AMOVE without hesitation.
