Just purchased our first home from Siobhan. From beginning to end Siobhan was always there to answer any question we had. From house searching for months, we realised the importance of a good estate agent and Siobhan is an excellent estate agent.. She is absolutely fantastic to deal with . 5 star service. Always so obliging and helpful. Fantastic communication.There were loads of delays because of the legal issues on the vendor's side and the vendors live outside of Ireland made matters more difficult. Despite Covid, she was on the top of everything. She look after the vendors' needs but also our needs. Siobhan was constantly communicating with the vendors , solicitors and us. We never had to wait for her reply for more than 24 hours. We waited 10 months for our home but if it wasn't for Siobhan's fantastic Service, we would have given up. We are so grateful for all of the hard work Siobhan has done for us. Thank you :)

We contacted Liam about valuing our property in the morning and he came down within a couple of hours and did our valuation. He completed the valuation report and gave it to us in about two working days. We were delighted with his promptness, professionalism and the valuation report itself. We have just completed a year long receivership sale, for which Liam Mullins was the agent. Having done numerous deals involving large complex multi unit apartments, this was by far the most difficult to close. Had it not been for the knowledge and expertise shown by Liam Mullins over the 12 months to sign off on each hurdle, we would have not have stayed involved and withdrawn from the sale. Liam had incredible access to all parties to ensure while progress seemed impossible, it was always moving and he constantly kept us informed.
