- It is true that one person can ruin all together all experience so I highly recommended training better one specific waitress in quality of service to stop rushing customers with decisions and snappy questions and having an unprofessional attitude. The waitress sounds native Irish. If this is not the job that makes her happy, time to think about something different.
- Lack of staff name tags.
- This is unacceptable: dirty and sticky drinks menu should be print regularly or laminated. That's just not hygienic and doesn't speak highly about the place and management.
- A bit dirty area under tables. Napkins are not a solution for unbalanced tables. The DYI could be better.
- Because of that four stars.
Positive:
+ Pleasant, very nice, friendly, welcome, professional staff. Especially one waitress providing a high-quality service sounds not native Irish. Well done for your great dedication to work.
+ Perfect timing of preparation and service.
+ Nice outdoor area in a peaceful centre of town. Relaxing, no traffic noise with good music, which caught the attention.
+ Delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast-lunch beautifully served with attention to detail. Well done to the chef and all kitchen staff. Great work!
+ Very good selection of meals and desserts.
+ Strong and rich coffee and tea.
+ High-quality sparkling water served in glass bottles. Well done to management by avoiding the cheap plastic bottles unfriendly to the environment.
Overall highly recommended because of the delicious food and generally pleasing atmosphere, will be coming back.
Suggestions:
* Better outdoor deco, fresh plants to make the area more appealing and welcome as it dark corner, not so much light.
* One waitress/waiter for the table to be able to tip the specific person for their service as they try their best. Otherwise, one person works hard and the other one doesn't even care. Rushing is unacceptable in any form of hospitality, restaurant, cocktail bar, cafe, pub and bar. Patience and the right manners are key in this profession.

R.Came in for lunch. Had the spicy shrimp baguette, it was tasty and well presented. It was very quiet but expected on a weekday. It’s hard to know from the outside of this place is actually open during the day as the windows are all blacked out/blinds closed.
Indoors is very nicely decorated and the service from our waitress was great, very friendly. The lunch menu isn’t near as extensive as the evening menu but still decent.
Would like to try it at night time to get a better picture of the place!
J. C.Food is fab. We had the buffalo wings and genuinely one of the nicest places for wings I've ever had. Staff were so friendly and nice, attentative as well. We will definitely be returning. Portions are quite big, so be careful as our eyes were definitely too big for our bellies
J. B. B.Well i havn't eaten in the restaurant, but i can say their take-away meals are unreal, you can taste every ingredient, its not bland like a chipper in any way, its hard to describe how unreal the food tastes.

G. B.Just new to the area in Ashbourne. This restaurant only opened four months ago. I must say the decor and general look of it is five star . The menu is very varied and also very competitive price wise. The specials on offer are well worth considering. This was my first time in this establishment and the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his staff reflected his good nature as the were very pleasant and efficient. If you are celebrating an event this is the place in Ashbourne to go to. It really is worth a visit and I personally am looking forward to my next next meal there.
M.Fantastic atomosphere with outdoor seating area, very spacious. Early bird is the one to go for, €17 for 2 courses, won't get that value elsewhere for a restaurant like this. Staff are always friendly and efficient.
