C. K.Graham gets 5 stats for his professionalism. All the staff are nice but at the end of the day it's down to the product you are paying for. Graham gets it right every time but I have been disappointed twice now when he was not on duty. The worst was being given a sausage roll that I had to throw away sadly and its not exactly cheap. Will just have to wait till Graham is back on duty 🙄😁

My review on Mocha Express, on the Station Road, Ballina, has to be a 5⭐. They serve the best coffee around & the staff are very friendly. Despite being a busy coffee house, the service is speedy, & always service with a smile. And they have great hubs & sitting area outdoors.And great parking area. I highly recommend this lovely place to locals & visitors to the town.👌
N. D.Got a caramel latte today it was lovely I was served by greham he was extremely polite and was very welcoming would definently come back soon for another coffee. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
A. E.Basic but clean. Food tasted somewhat overcooked and preprepared. Pods were excellent. No toilet available when I asked but maybe they were being cleaned? Not sure I'd stop by again.
