Have been here several times and it never disappoint me each time I visit this restaurant. Very fast service and food is absolutely delicious. Authentic Asian cuisines of Chinese, Malaysian and Thai. Definetely recommend this restaurant to order your takeaway from!

Fusion is the best takeaway in Ballinasloe. Their service is amazing. Food is delicious especially the curries and Asian dishes. Staff is very friendly. Their new takeaway menu has lots of choices and reasonable prices, with gluten-free and vegetarian or vegan options to choose from.

We travelled to Ballinasloe from the East of Ireland few days ago and went here for dinner. A table of four. ⭐Hand sanitisers were available to customers and staff to use. ⭐Tables were spotless and cleaned after each sit-in. ⭐The staff wore face masks. The menu is one of the best designed menus in Galway and has a plethora of dishes to choose from. From Asian, Chinese, Malaysian, Thai to European, you name it, they can cook whatever you like, even gluten-free/vegetarian options! The food here is absolutely delicious, appetising, flavoursome and well-presented, beautifully spiced and seasoned. We were very surprised when the food came to our table only after five minutes of ordering! That's incredible service! I've ate in so many Chinese restaurants in Galway and shockingly it takes so long for the food to come to our table. But in Fusion, it takes only five minutes for any food cooked to arrive at your table after ordering. It was also a very busy evening, which is even more surprising!!!! The staff is very kind, friendly, helpful, generous and pleasant. This is the first time I have ate in here and I could say that this restaurant is the BEST restaurant in Ballinasloe no doubt!!!! Highly, highly recommend to everyone.

Travelled to Ballinasloe to visit last month and the food and service here is absolute fabulous!! The staff knows what they're doing and are very professional. The satay chicken skewers is absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I have eaten from in East Galway!! I will certainly come back. Good on ye!

I arrived at Ballinasloe from Kildare one month ago on a busy Saturday evening and came into Fusion. The atmosphere here is fantastic. The staff was helpful, friendly and chatty. The food was absolutely gorgeous and was cooked very fast. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Was delighted to see Fusion reopen again! Even during this deadly pandemic, this restaurant is still serving the best Chinese takeaway in the area! Ordered for takeaway Saturday evening and it only took 10 minutes!!! It was also a busy evening! That's outstanding. The two busy waitresses is very professional and they sure do know what they are doing.. Wait until you hear about the food! The food is absolutely gorgeous! The curry is the absolute best! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone! Best Chinese place in town!

We eat here regularly and occasionally get take out. The restaurant can be very quiet, we have often been the only eat-in customers, but the food is always excellent. This is a family run restaurant and it shows in the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff.

It was the first day of their reopening of their table service this evening. As a family, we dined in on a stormy, wet and windy evening, and the first thing we noticed coming up the stairs was the professional Covid signages along the walls of the restaurant. Hand sanitisers was appreciably put down on the table, available to all customers entering and exiting. All tables from the main room and the back was all 2 metres or more apart. We certainly did not feel unsafe when dining in this evening. The waitress wore a face mask and was very friendly, honest and helpful when taking our orders. The food was absolutely delicious, gorgeous and full of flavour and was cooked to top notch quality. The entire restaurant, tables, chairs and counters was cleaned and sanitised thoroughly. Even with adaptments and changes to the restaurant, the place is still romantic. Fusion is the best restaurant in Ballinasloe! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Best Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway in the West of Ireland! Food is outstandingly delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have tried everything on the menu and every dish is DELICIOUS! I recommend the Nyonya Curry or the Malaysian Fried Rice!
