j. d.The whole place looks untidy with tables that seats are torn and floor unclean even behind counter untidy staff pass by stuff on floor and didn’t pick it up so bad
D.Really hot day and we stopped for ice cream. It was really busy and unfortunately when the ice cream was given out it was melted, however the standing ice creams were looked at by a couple of staff but not given out! Their was no issue replacing both ice creams, so all good in the end
J. M.Fast service, food really good you can only go through drive as the main building is blocked off but very well set up.
p.Its Mcdonalds only in a different place but saying that its food is probably better than most McDonald's I've been to
J. J.Fair play to this Mcdonald that they DON'T SEGREGAT people and siting area is closed. People quicly forgeting history. Some one remember "No dogs no Irish" ????

F. M.Looked forward to this for months and months. Sadly, really disappointed. Burger bun was dry/stale. Little, close to no sauce on Big Mac. The fries were very good.
W. L.I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, large fries and opened up the bag when on the road and got medium fries and 6 nuggets. I rang the restaurant and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and really handled the complaint well.

This McDonald's is located along the motorway M9, with plenty of car spaces and other restaurants. Easy to reach and just 15 minutes away from Carlow.
J. H.Stopped on the motorway fo the usually quality (I.e. good) McDonald's burgers. They will need some work on their seating before they have indoor service.
D. D.Great service, however I ordered extra gerkins on my daughters big mac, like I do everytime I go to any macdonalds, as she loves them.....and all she got was TWO gerkins on the WHOLE big mac, she was raging and disappointed.....but over all good service and extremely polite and accommodating

R.I am sorry to say that our visit to this McDonalds was not great, we used the kiosk and were ignored by all the staff who were more involved in having a laugh than looking after the customers.The seats are all in need of repair and the floor was dirty. The young girl who eventually delivered our food was nice and pleasant to talk to, she has potential. Hence the 3 stars.This unit needs a good clean and repairs to the seats badly needed.

It’s a good size building but it’s pretty busy so seating can be a little difficult to find at peak times. I’d say definitely try it out.
A. M.I love McDonalds and frequent it quite a bit. However today, I watched an employee making a burger, got ketchup on their finger, stuck said finger into mouth and continued to make the burger once the finger had been orally disinfected with the dirtiest thing on the planet......the human mouth. I put mine in the bin.....Also why are they not wearing gloves while they prepare food?
A. M. s.slow service,mc flurry left for 5 mins on counter before serving to me,i could see them from my seat,ordered 3 wraps one with plain chic and they got it wrong,2cokes and one fanta got 3 cokes what else can I say.

The staff member ( short, blonde hair, glasses, my age 50++) you went out of your way to assist me on those self order machines..did it with a smile and went that extra mile!! The food...I'm impressed!! It is 100% beef!! Well done to ye all!! From the staff..to those who clear up after...and all done with a smile!! Other McD's could take a leaf out of your book!!!!
R. Ó. D.Nice place to stop for a coffee or bite to eat. You can order and pay at the kiosks instead of standing in the queue at the counter. Anytime I've been here I have found it clean and warm.

S. O. B.For anyone who can't eat gluten McDonald's is no place to go. Nothing available which I bad. Feel sorry for little kids who can't have gluten and would love a happy meal.
L. B.Outstanding directions once the true address is recognized. Only once in a very remote location did Maps have a problem. If you make a mistake, return as quickly as possible to last know location as otherwise Maps will re-route you as if you made a new direction of travel.
