S. P.I stumbled upon this place while travelling to bray area. This is a lovely restaurant catering Tibetan, Nepalese and Indian cuisine. I had to try their momo. It was lovely. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. Definitely recommend that you try out. The space is huge. Can't wait to go back and try some tibetan food once everything goes back to normal.

Definitely the highlight was the starters! Beautifully presented and tasty variety. Children were very pleased with sharing. I’m also glad there were options like Sunday Special (20€, my son chose it), and Children’s menu (my daughter). Main course satisfying.
The chairs were pleasant and comfy.
The only thing I take one star down for is the music- completely not in line with “Nepalese” theme and therefore taking away from the ambiance.
E. B.Our first post Covid meal again in the wonderful 'Mt Everest of Kathmandu' Bray. It was so exciting to go back to our regular haunt and it didn't disappoint. Nice new decor and comfortable heating. The food was really great as always, fresh chunky vegetables, large prawns and spicy, flavoursome dishes. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. J.Just had a vegetarian curry (Nepalese); cauliflower and potato side. The better half had prawn biryani with vegetarian curry sauce and a chickpea daal. Both us giving are this meal 4+ stars. The veg curry was very tasty. The biryani was one of the better ones my partner has had and the prawns were perfectly cooked. I'm not a vegetarian but I really did enjoy this. The only "complaints" are...we are too much and that the daal was just a little runny. Otherwise, bang on and will definitely look forward to ordering here again. The meal arrived on the dot as per the time advertised when i ordered online. Thanks guys. Look forward to the next time!
A. L.The food is very tasty. Portions are a little small for the price you pay as it is pretty expensive. The biggest issue is the resteraunt is freezing, which is pretty uncomfortable. They do have small fan heaters which actually help a little but it did make it not the most pleasant experience for dining.

J. L.Tasty food. Unusual items for an Indian restaurant. The momos were really good. The different curries were all right. If you are a novice at Indian cuisine, it is safe place as it is not spicy. Presentation was very nice and the Naan were well executed ( not the best I have ever head). The atmosphere felt like an Indan restaurant. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Chickpea and potatoes cooked in tomato sauce with touch of chat masala.
As a main dish I had vegetable Biryani. Martina had a veg curry with as a side dish the CHIAO BHAT - Fried rice with mushroom,soya sauce,and black peppers.

O. H.I have to write to compliment Mt Everest of Katmandu restaurant on the absolutely delicious meal myself and my daughter recently enjoyed there. This is the best Nepalese food I have ever eaten ( I've visited Nepal several times). The food is fresh and delicious, each dish was beautifully presented , the Tibetan MO MO dumplings were amazing, fresh herbs particularly Coriander and spices , with a garlic sauce. The prawn dishes were particularly good, everything is cooked to order and super fresh, the lamb curry was exceptional. Service was gracious and professional. This restaurant has won Restaurant of the Year for County Wicklow 2016 but I think it should be Restaurant of the Year for Ireland. Its is an undiscovered gem!
