Food was lovely but they have no concept of time or time management. Told over the phone 20mins but actually waited 55mins. Pizzas not even put in oven when I arrived to collect them. People queueing before and after us with the same problems, all the while the lady behind the counter continued to take phone orders and telling everyone it will be ready in 15 mins/20mins. Just say 30/40 mins on initial call if you're busy. Would stop people getting delayed on their way to work or home. Plus 3 people working isn't sufficient if it's always this busy and it usually is . Not my first time delayed here but this evening was a joke

Food is always lovely and the place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, but the time management needs some work, really long unnessecery wait for a phone order on my last 3 visits!!
