Excellent place for a special dinner. Clean and cosy setting. The menu has a variety of Asian dishes to choose from. Staff is very pleasant. Take their time to explain the menu and one has a clearer picture of what to expect. Home deliveries are also as great. The food is fresh and always on time.

I've eaten here for YEARS (over ten years now!) And Kowsar and his team are still arguably the best Indian restaurant in town. I have covid and I was so overwhelmed trying to put together grocery shopping online, so instead I ordered a takeaway and put it into lunchboxes so I could eat easily without cooking while infectious. For the first time ever I went away from my usual order to get something I could divide out easily. I got a lamb Biryani and mixed kebab. I've never tried these before. I'm now converted!!! I love my Turkish kebabs and this was HUGE plus had top quality meats and a gorgeous naan. It was actually the nicest kebab I've had in Carlow and it lasted for two meals (for less than 7 euro!) The lamb Biryani is now a new favourite also! I can't believe I never tried it. My old reliables are still the bomb though. You need to try the chicken tikka supreme starter which I assure you, you will be asking for as a main for the next ten years :) Fantastic customer service, always a pleasure to buy from. A fantastic assert to Carlow town and now the home of the best kebabs too :) Sandy

Excellent food in a comfortable restaurant. The food was authentic, but more mild than we expected. The "hot" curry was medium heat at best. However the flavours were wonderful and the service was great. Definitely recommend!

We Had a fab meal in Bombay last night kingprawn Bombay curry and chicken masala with all the trimmings.cannot say enough hence the 5 stars. They plated happy birthday for himself and birthday cake

We ordered a chicken kebab wrap and a vegetable kebab wrap, the chicken was very delicious and the vegetable deep fried pieces were great. Indian food is lovely and rich in flavour, it's a pity these flavours were overwhelmed by chinese chilly sauce. Everything was wrapped in a freshly baked naan bread.Love it

Wowwww!! One could smell the chillies from afar...the best..( better than my chicken curry!) Wow!! Really so impressed and will definitely order again!! ( you know what they say about spicy and doing hand stands in the shower!! Well worth it!!!

Bombay Diner is a traditional Indian cuisine restaurant that has justifiably won several awards for exceptional food quality over the years. Having personally tried a large amount of the dishes in there, I can guarantee that there tends to be something for every type of tastebud. Also of special note is the fact that they are fully aware of and cater to vegetarian diets, as well as some special requirements eg gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance, and make dishes that can be enjoyed by everyone. While a solid meal for two can run you in the region of ~€40-50, they do have a 40% off Tuesday deal. They also have an all-you-can-eat buffet every Sunday from 1:30pm - 4:30pm at €11.95 a head that has a varied selection of favourite dishes. Well worth the look without a doubt

This award winning Indian restaurant is so good. The food is fantastic and if you're not sure what you like then go for the Sunday eat all you want special. There's a variety of different dishes to choose from.

For those on a budget, Tuesday night option here is really hard to beat. For little more than a take away, enjoy a full dining experience without the dining expense. Despite their budget option on Tuesday, the service is as excellent as every other evening. A visit here is well recommended.
