K. H.Love everything about this place. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is absolutely amazing, staff can easily alter or suggest dishes that aren't too spicey for those who don't enjoy spice. I've been here loads and will continue to eat here, couldn't recommend it enough!

C. A. (.If you want Indian food in Carrick on Shannon then Himalayan is a good choice. I was there on a Monday evening and it wasn't very busy but there seemed to be a good take out trade also. The staff are very good. There are good options for children. The menu has everything you would expect from an Indian restaurant. The desserts seemed like they came directly from the freezer as is often the case in Indian restaurants in Ireland.
