Service is always excellent. The 5oz bacon and cheese burger is far better than anything you get in McD's or BK. Much more authentic. Chips are more like real chips too! Supermac's is definitely the best of these types of restaurants.

Hi we just ordered x2 14 inch pizza deal from Supermacs carrickmacross for home delivery just toght be nice to share our experience Well deserved 5 stars girl said 15 minutes and it came just on time pizzas were costumized and theg were perfect thank you team

Far too much employee turnover, not a great sign. The pizza was undercooked, very chewy and one pepperoni per slice is not double pepperoni, especially for a €20 pizza. The staff is nice but not knowledgeable, when there are new faces every month how can they be. I ordered and paid online then was told by the cashier that they don't take online payments, I had proof and it was sorted out quickly. It just seems the overall quality of the food has gone down. Management needs some overhaul.

Very disappointing feed in supermacs carrickmacross, got a mighty mac with just lettus and cheese, they forgot the cheese. 7.5 oz burger destroyed in sauce. Won't be back soon. Hopefully they can pull themselves together, I do like supermacs. ❤

I brought my kids here on Halloween night to get a take away pizza after being turned away by Apache as they were too busy. Although Supermacs was busy I got a warm and friendly welcome by the man that works there (I think manager). My order was awkward each half of pizza different sauce and toppings. Service was excellent, he told me he would be as quick as he could so as not to keep me waiting with kids too long and he helped to bring my food out to the car! I was very pleased and the kids enjoyed their pizza and flash masks. Thank you for this wonderful service. Please keep it up!

For a take away such as a burger or pizza its a good choice not a healthy one but we all need a treat every so often. Only reason for knocking of a star is that the few times I ha e ordered there and taken food home only to find something missing be it sauce or a chip. Nothing major and the food is always good quality can't fault that.

The service wasn't the best in supermac's carrickmacross today! The chips were hot, the burger was hot... But it was missing bacon! It was remedied quickly but the burger came back made all wrong with the buns in the wrong order and it wasn't great. I'm still giving 4 stars as I'm imagining this was a small blip in day!! We're usually heading to supermac's for a great experience today let it down.
