M. C.We had a family meal for a 70th birthday at this restaurant yesterday evening and we cannot fault it!
It was a fantastic experience, even making the booking they were so accommodating.
All of the staff were so attentive and friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The little personal touches were also lovely and it was a lovely atmosphere.
I’d highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and we will definitely be back again!
J. O.Hospitality received and attention from the staff, especially Peter, was second to none. The kids enjoyed the carbonara, and I had some of theirs too, it was that delicious. They have a quality wine list and if ordering the food, order the fish special, it’s highly recommended. Will be back. The decor, music and atmosphere is very impressive and gives rise to an intimate European feel.
T. T.What a spot this is!Alex and Peter were extremely nice from the instant we walked in the door to the minute we finished. The restaurant inside is spotless and really nicely decorated too.We both got the Lamb shanks and Ferrero roche cheese cakes
Both were just perfect and i especially recommend the cheesecake.
My only issue with this restaurant is that it is not in Cork As I would love to have it again

P. M.What a dining experience! From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted with a smile and unique charm from restaurant owner, Peter. He entertained us all night with exceptional customer service and interesting stories about his time in Ireland.
Not only did Peter make us feel at home, but every member of the Blue Serenade team made our restaurant experience very memorable. The service was second to none!
The quality of the food was amazing - we chose the homemade soup and 5 chicken spice for a starter which we finished within minutes!! Followed by our mains of Chicken Fajitas and Duck Leg with Plum Sauce and mashed potatoes/vegetables. The decor was wonderful and very cosy with some music in the background that fitted the overall vibe. Thank you to Peter and his team for making our final night in Castlebar an amazing one. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for visitors or people close to Castlebar!
Peter, If you ever find yourself in our neck of the woods in Belfast, please reach out and we will have a drink.

O. N.Okay. Where do I begin!? Amazing is good way to start it off. From the moment I walked in the door to the minute I left welcomed is an understatement.
The staff are friendly, professional and bring a new meaning to family dinning.
I was treated like star, had brilliant conversations with any and all servers that approached.
Taken care of, no matter what it was. The food was delicious. (Recommend any fish dish!). The size of the meals are more for sharing but that's not a complaint. Wine selection was brilliant and up-to-date.
The room is decorated with a simple and homely feel. From the furniture to plate. And I would like to thank Peter, Alex and the chef, For their time, making dinner an event.

V. M.We have just eaten the most beautiful dishes from Peter, Alex and his most wonderful chief. Chicken stuffed with prawns, seafood pasta and chicken pasta all as usual melt in your mouth. So lucky to have a restaurant like this abd though times have forced take away cuisine it still outdoes itself everytime. Thank you for yet again such splendid food and yes back again we will be real soon 😘

T.I am a returning customer, but as the restrictions are in place we used their new take away service. The food does not lack in quality or quantity here. We could not finish everything even though we wanted because it was so delicious. Its a great alternative to the from-frozen delivery services around Castlebar, the only thing missing is the amazing atmosphere and the friendly staff :)

m. b.What can I say about this place. The food was the best food I have ever had anywhere. The vegetable soup was unbelievable followed by the most tender lamb I have ever had. Dessert was amazing as well. If I could give 6 stars I would but Google will not oblige. I would recommend Blue Serenade Restaurant to anyone at anytime.
