Superb cafe. I had a bowl of delicious soup with brown bread. It was amazing. The food here is so good. The decor is modern and stylish and very fresh. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit to Durkins Cafe

Called for food unplanned. Amazing service from a beautiful young waitress(Miss Hanley take a bow). She could not do enough for us. The food was beautiful and came just as we ordered. We will be back.

We looked in a restaurant across the road and it was empty, this place looked busy. We eat Vegan, Vegetarian or fish and so we Hake and Pizza with vegetables and chips with apple crumble and cheese cake and wine and coke. Presentation, taste and value being excellent. I could see why this place was so popular.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in a Restaurant or hotel. Early August after a visit to Eagle's Flying myself and four children were about to drive 4 hours to home in the late evening when we came across Durkin's. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly. And the prices are so honest. We will go back again without any doubt.

The food is good but think the staff should put a bell on table in the foyer as we stood waiting for someone to come and check our covid certificate for about 10 minutes in the cold. It wasn't crowded but to get the staff's attention we had to wait.

First visit today. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we certainly didn't leave hungry! Good food and a warm atmosphere; what more do you want? However, like many pubs now, they only serve a 200ml bottle of Diet Coke. Those mixer bottles should be banned! Overall though, a very pleasant experience.

Food here in incredible. A very big menu to satisfy all critics! So accommodating for dietary needs - vegetarian, vegan, coeliac options all available! Perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just a coffee. Great ambiance, and the service is just exceptional. Very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you!

My husband and I with two kids totally enjoyed our stay. The room was massive!! Meals were delicious but best of all the staff were truly amazing. We stayed one week and our kids felt so welcome. The staff Andrew, James big, James small, Lisa, Molly, Roisien and Devan were so nice! We would def recommend this place to all. We really, really loved our stay!!!

Great bar, restaurant and hotel. Best value in Ireland. Food tastes homemade and all adult meals are available in children's portions. It's situated right in the centre of the town and cosy at night time also.

This traditional Irish pub has recently been refreshed on the outside, however the inside is now a little dated. The pub serves meals throughout the day and many locals sit at the bar to eat. The food quality is mixed, had a great steak but had a very poor mixed grill, probably down to the chef on the day. The Guinness is good and so are the ales, unable to comment on the lagers as I don’t drink any. The staff can appear preoccupied and it can be a while before you are served, this is maybe down to other duties being carried out. So overall Durkins is a nice place to drink and the meals are generally ok.

Attended a funeral meal upstairs. And although the decor is dated I was really surprised as a coeliac!!! 😀😁😁 GF soup and bread! Beautiful tender beef, veg and mash WITH GF GRAVY. AND instead of being offered the generic 'safe' fruit salad I got TWO (too big a portion woo hoo!!) GORGEOUS brownies. They didn't bat an eye kids when I mentioned coeliac. Well done guys. Thanks a million.
