Love mac Donald's. Love the frappe. Service is not tge quickest but it's rand considering the present climate. The staff have to work around the safety screens which will slow things down but great to see them in place.

Very friendly staff in particular Fiona is always very welcoming. Food is what you expect from McDonald's of course. Place is kept clean and tidy....parking and drive through is a disaster at the moment flowing out on the garage next doors forecourt and cueing up on main road.

What can I say! It's a fast food store!? Ha ! took going threw the drive threw 40min and the staff there don't speak english very well as twice they ether left me short in my order or got it wrong. Only three stars because of negligence. Went through drive through for breakfast menu and ordered 3 meals with 2 teas and a coffee for take away and they forgot to include milk but provided ketchup instead. On our journey back we stopped again for lunch and used drive through again, three bigmac meals ordered and no ketchup was provided this time, kids were disappointed to be eating chips without ketchup. I almost feel like I should just hold back the drive through queue and check everything before leaving the counter.

Very impressed with how controlled and maintained the premises were, staff controlled the flow of people in and out including the bathrooms social distancing adhered to and masks worn, constant cleaning of areas after every customer, take away orders get ordered at the counter then leave, sitting in orders place their orders at the machine then returns to their table and food is brought to their table, and only a certain amount of people allowed in at any one time, staff extremely helpful and polite. The best fast food restaurant I've been to since the reopening with the new measures in place.

I went inside to order but you have to use the touch screen. I spent more time using that that to order at the till which is protected anyway... Go figure ! The touch screen was cleaned up after I used it so hopefully it was also before. Other than that experience was ok. I also have the slight feeling it was more expensive that if I went to my usual chipo and therefore of less quality. The only reason I got there was for the kids and the toys, though both had the same.

There was long queues at 7:30pm on a Friday. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and then found one of the burgers had no sauce! Not very fast food, and the quality is declining badly!!

I didn't like the new layout, it was too open where as there used to be little areas you could sit in and not feel like everyone could see you or hear your conversation. The new system for ordering is OK but we were sitting in and orders made after ours that were for take away were served a lot quicker. I had to go looking for our food. Also seems like there's less seating. Not a fan of the tablets for the kids but that's a personal thing.

The location of this premises is so easy to find. Not far from my residence and definitely my favourite place to shop in this town. Always a Pleasure to eat here. Service is extremely fast and efficient, and cleanliness is at a very high standard. The staff here are extremely customer focused, and guaranteed to be extremely friendly making you feel right at home. Presentation, Cleanliness, and Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to the staff at this restaurant, im sure they will continue to make a great impact in serving the local community in which it resides. Stopping for a Big Mac and fries is handy at this venue. Friendly staff, lots of internal and external seating make for a pleasant stop. Recently refurbished there is lots of parking, wheelchair access, drive thru, and a service station nearby where your car needs will be met. Exiting the site can be tricky, so even if heading for Dublin it is handier to veer left for the roundabout than wait for a gap in the usually heavy traffic. Caution: check your order when using drive thru.
