J. M.A place we used to love going to. Lately service is very slow and staff seem to be disinterested. I understand Covid affects things but staff seem distant and not friendly.
Ive had 2 wrong orders last 3 visits and been left very frustrated.
Food is still at a fair standard though. Just put off going as often as we used to.

Name badge said ‘josh’ very nice and friendly and put my order first and got it done right away was not waiting around at all. He really stood out to me. Must be training in the new crew members well because he is top staff
J. S.Great choice and possibly the best burgers in town. Kids meal came with a free pair of sunglasses, so 100% better than McDonald's happy meals and the lump of plastic they give away. Real chips too not nasty fries. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly service.
D. H.Good layout and adequate parking. Was busy on our visit (a Friday lunchtime) but we were still able to find a table for 2 adults and 3 kids.
Wide selection of food on other (3 different brands) and the 2 vegetarian adults were happy with a veggie burger and salad bowl. Veggie burger was tasty. Salad bowl could have had a little less red onion though.
Good rest room facilities and highchairs. There is a baby changing table (suitable up to 30kg) in the disabled toilet.

M. O.This is a very clean friendly restaurant with a great variety of fast and healthy food. Its got loads of parking and some extra large spaces and is right beside tesco and tesco filling station which makes it the perfect place to stop when we are going on or coming back from a caravaning trip
M. S.Was here earlier today with a few friends and kids and we had a little incident with my son who fell and banged his head pretty hard. I could not thank both Ben and Cathal of the staff enough as they went above and beyond to help us. Even asked us if there was anything they could have done to prevent it. Which there wasn't it was completely down to my son being super excited and hyper playing with his friends. But they both came back to check on him twice to make sure he was ok they were so genuine and a credit to supermacs clonmel, fair play to ye.

t.Kids get stuffed animals from the two euro machine every time. I wish parents would teach their kids how to clean up their own tables. Leaving your exploded Supermac on the seat is so anto-social.
