I. R.Peaceful and close to UCC but half way between city center and CIT :)
D.Expensive and dated, but the accomodation itself is good quality.
One of the quieter spots for student accomodation in terms of neighbours and parties are not as common as other accomodation.
Lovely green spaces outside the apartments and extremely close to UCC and town.
m. m.Great value, well run. With a small shop on site. Free unlimited access to the pool while staying there. Easy 20min walk to the centre of town. Or a bus from the main gate every 15min.

G. V.(Translated) In my experience the room was pretty good, the bed is comfortable, and I ran into some rather outgoing Norwegian and Spanish kids. Overall the residence is quiet and as a student you benefit from the gym and swimming pool free of charge.

D'après mon expérience, la chambre était plutôt pas mal, le lit est confortable et je suis tombé sur des jeunes norvégiens et espagnols plutôt avenants. Dans l'ensemble la résidence est calme et en tant qu'étudiant vous bénéficiez de la salle de sport et piscine gratuitement.
