You could be anywhere in the world in this lovely setting. The outdoor dining area is very impressive! I've experienced first class freshly prepared dishes that were just delicious on all occasions and in a relaxing atmosphere. Great blend of coffee ☕ as well. The menu is simple and not overloaded. Staff are customer friendly and in this current environment all regulations are adhered to. Great to see a local business go from strength to strength.

This cafe located within the garden centre and is surrounded by vines, lemon trees and ferns. There is a very well designed outside covered area. The menu is short and all the better for that as you have choice without being overwhelmed. Any of the dishes served ( and I have had a few) are delicious and well presented. The desserts are a high point and are freshly made every day. The staff are helpful and give a good welcome.

Food was lovely & surroundings were very nice. Prompt & discreet service. There was quite a long wait to be seated even though there was no que & tables free/ready to be seated. There didn't seem to be a system for servers so there's a bit of confusion.

Garden centre is good with a great selection and most plants look in good condition. Cafe was also lovely, a bit more selection on the breakfast menu would be nice but that is probably just me being a bit fussy, I just had a cake as nothing jumped out at me.

We pulled in as a large party of girls on motorbikes. The team were amazing. They gave us they breakfast menu but we wanted cake. Next thing we knew we were given a huge dessert menu. So helpful and cheery. I was pleasantly surprised

I had lunch at Carewswood garden centre and cafe today. I just had to recommend this cafe. The food was amazing and delicious, but most of all the staff were excellent. Especially the girl we met on arrival. I didn’t get her name. She had short brown hair and spoke with a foreign accent.She was so friendly and efficient. Well done everyone. Il be back.

A really lovely spot for a bite to eat, especially since it was done up. The staff are great and the food has never disappointed. Also, it's a great garden centre with a cool little playground to keep the kids occupied. Would have to knock one star off though, visited recently and decided to treat myself to a glass of wine. When we ordered I was told I would need to order food with the wine? No choice. Also, it was pretty expensive, €10 for a glass of wine.

Lovely Garden Store and Cafe. Great selection of plants etc for those with green fingers. Food in the Cafe is very tasty too. Also of note is that there is usually a great selection of Weber BBQ products on stock here for those who enjoy grilling outdoors.

Had an amazing lunch in Carewswood recently. Food was delicious and the service was excellent, fast and efficient. A few of our group also are keen gardeners and were raving about the service they received in the garden center itself. Great spot and highly recommend calling for a visit.

I'm rating the cafe rather than the garden centre (I'm not much of a gardener). First impressions good. Had a lovely coffee with a delicious slice of orange cake, served by friendly staff who allowed me have my dog sit next to me indoors. The menu doesn't look extensive, but I'll definitely be checking out their Sunday brunch options soon.

Carewood garden centre is a real gem of a place, even for January the place looked vibrant and well looked after, we had great coffee and delicious homemade cakes, they also do homemade pizza cooked in a wood fired oven outside. Highly recommended

This place is 1 km from Castlemartyr which is 27 km from Cork. It is a greenhouse where they sell plants but at the same time it has a cafeteria and they have something to eat! It's a great place!!
