E. O.Very disappointed with this place. Arrived as I had to burn time with family in the hospital across road, only ordered a pot of tea and a Belgium waffle with syrup on side. Being health conscious I asked almond milk as my preference, which was extra...50c is bit much for piddle of milk, where a 1L is about €2 in any supermarket.
Sat down and realised I had left something in my car, told nice girl I had to run out and back in 2 mins so not to clean up my table and I would even leave my hoodie there. They did take away my plate and when I got back my pot of tea was gone. It holds like 3 cups in it and I was 2 done, but shouldn't be a big deal other than the fact I had asked for bit more almond milk for my last cup just before I left. And when I got back my pot of teas gone and I'm being asked to pay another 50c charge on almond milk I cant even use as they took my tea away.
I feel like sometimes they are careless, I sat in corner and the constant chatter from kitchen staff to general waiting staff was constant and unprofessional. You can have fun at work but seemed like they were partially avoiding other customers and their chit-chat was mildly rude and childish.
u. k.Worth a visit. You won't find everything here, but you will definitely find few things that are impressive. Not a grocery store unfortunately, great for kitchen items like dishwasher tablets or liquids, storage containers, etc.
