I ordered call & collect pizza from Gallo & Galetti last week and I have to say, it was the best pizza I've had in a while. Not to mention, the process was seamless. A lot of places around Cork have been so busy lately that you'd be waiting ages to get your food! Gallon& Galletti were quick, friendly & were adhering to the guidelines. I would highly recommend them!

I liked this restaurant: it serves quite good food and the service is very professional. Nice atmosphere too. it is located in Bishopstown, a bit outside the center of Cork , and you will need a car or a bus: the bus stop is very near anyway. I will come back

Just wrote a very bad review for a Thai/Japanese /Chinese restaurant in Cork but want to show that there are restaurants out there doing Amazing Take Away like Gallo and Galetti in Wilton...love their sharing boxes, pasta dishes a little pricey but very good and their Tiramisu is exquisite.

Had excellent time at this restaurant. Called in advance to book a specific table, and I got that exact table. When it comes to food, where to start. It’s absolutely delicious. Went for some starters and linguine as a main. Absolutely gorgeous. They have gluten free versions of their dishes. Also park space is easy to find right outside of the place. Overall very much pleased with the experience. Will definitely be back there.

The Italian dishes are good outside them I had away better for example I had a steak I wasn't at all happy with it I asked for medium rare it came out medium to well done.Friends at the table suggested I return it ask for what I ordered but had I done that id be watching all them eat their main course then when they are on desert I'd be on mains so I just accepted what I got. It turned me off the place while others at the table said their food was beautiful so my experience wasn't the best but others thought their food was good I can't be any more honest than that

We had dinner in Gallo and Galetti recently, there were 7 of us including 2 children and each of us enjoyed it very much. We all shared a mixed antipasti board and bread with dips, it went down a treat with everyone. We then had a mixture of pizza and pasta dishes which were all so tasty. The staff were really friendly and attentive (even though it was quite busy on a Wednesday night!). We will definitely return.

Another hidden gem tucked away, but obviously very popular. It is small, cosy and very busy for dinner. Food is very good. I had the sea bass and... Oh so delicious! Very good variety of wines. The staff is attentive and it is clear they know exactly what needs to be done when. Be warned, it is busy and parking is scarce.

I would definitely recommend getting their garlic bread-it’s heavenly. The staff were happy to help and patient. I ordered the “All ‘Arrabbiata E Pollo”, which tasted good, but it wasn’t the best pasta I’ve ever had. Nonetheless, it was delicious.

Ate here last night for the first time and was surprised to see a restaurant packed on a Tues night. Took that as a v good sign and I was right. The food was excellent. The best meal I've had in ages. Simple uncomplicated food but so flavoursome & delicious. Ate from the early bird menu (5-7pm) and it was amazing value at €27 for 3 LARGE courses & coffee. We had Calamari & Carne Board to start, Seabass & Chicken Arrabiatta, and finished with Sticky Toffee Pud & Gelato. Each plate was delicious and generous. Service was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. The only teeeny tiny negative is that we give the venue a little too cool. Perhaps we were sitting vet an air con vent. But that's tryin gv hard to find a negative in order to leave a balanced review. Will definitely be back & hopefully very soon

Had a lovely evening here, despite feeling a bit rushed when we first sat down. Even with a few empty tables around 9 pm we were asked for our order 4 times by 2 servers within the first 6-8 mins. Our food was good, mine with pancetta was a bit on the salty side. But I would certainly come again.

There were seven of us, we had about 7 starters, 6 mains and one for children, four desserts and three fogatto coffees, I think around €160. Well, enough big, hot and attentive. We didn't take the meat/fish dishes which are more expensive. That's what I need to give five stars if I would have liked it too.

Good restaurant. My boyfriend and I both had pasta and it was good. Good French wine also (Merlot). There are also pizzas that we haven't tried. On the other hand, the desserts are less good (dry brownie) and served with hot chocolate rather than strawberry coulis which I think would have been better. I recommend for main dishes.
