T. C.Very friendly staff I like how the staff repeated my order , got served by the boy with the disability (nothing wrong with it)
But he was very nice, friendly manner and was very cheerful and made my day.
Food was tasty ... hot kids meal... but I got 2 pineapple sticks and 2 prices of chicken little bit expensive for just small bite size kids meal , although it came with a drink.
All good customer friendly 👍👌😀

J. O. B.Not a lover of KFC, so I'm the wrong person to be reviewing them. Staff were great, food is only ok and the toilets need a thorough cleaning.
r.Drive-thru wasn't so busy, and the guys there are so kind. Great service, they've never gotten our order wrong before, and it's also never busy! All the traffic goes to the McDonalds nearby, which is unfortunate since this branch is one of the nicer, cleaned KFCs.
j. s.I am pleased to honour your KFC Douglas employee. This time it is MICHAEL. I was served on 13/08/2021 with extreme kindness and respect. He is like that to every customer. Great care, commitment and professionalism, nice service.
Such dedicated employees should be recognised.

D. N.I went for the drive through service, it was quick, no delays. The food was hot and tastey. The staff was friendly and efficient as well.

L. R.Chaos is the proper word to describe our Saturday visit. Young staff does not care about the customer, internal problems/issues with the register(faulty drawer) caused a staff member to just turn around and walk away in the middle of getting the order from us, and never came back. Thankfully the manager quickly restored order and looked after us the way it should be done. Extra star for the manager, as wanted to give 3 stars only. (29th May, around 5pm)

A. K.KFC in Douglas have polite staff and great chicken. Drive thru is great, usually short waiting times. I recommend the mighty bucket for 1 if you need filling up but the Colonel's meal for one if you are looking for a snack. I am not gone on KFC's chips but that is only my opinion, some people may prefer them. Great sauces, the curry sauce is super for dunking. Then to top it off, KFC have mighty coffee. The lemon wipes are a good touch...

A. O. N.Good Kfc. Can get busy weekends so do expect a wait at drivetru but there pretty quick and food is always fresh and hot. Staff are nice polite

M. B.KFC is fine if you want a quick bite. Their chicken is nice but personally I don't like their chips, but they give plenty of food. You would be quite full after eating there. One of my son's loves Mighty Bucket for one

P. D.Visited with a colleague & ordered 2 meals. Restaurant was clean & lively. The service was quick & efficient. The Big Daddy Meal I ordered was very enjoyable & filled the gap, and wasn't bad value for money & was a nice change for lunchtime.
M. W.Really, what can you possibly say about the world's most famous fried chicken restaurant, other than rating the service. Not really the best (but I've only visited once), no spork for my beans and no napkins included with my take away, so a little upsetting.

D. O. B.Recently tried food here. Found it to be a nicer environment than many of the other food outlets in the Douglas area, and at a affordable rate for me personally. Friendly stay, a beautiful layout and design on the internal and external of the premises.

s. o.The food is good, but the service is atrocious, went through the drive in side , I was told I need to wait for 8 minutes for my order, 17 minutes later I got my food, they were not busy only 2 people inside the restaurant, but 7 cars were waiting for their orders, this was approx 5.30pm ,
