Super excited to see that LovingSalads is back open. Their salads are incredible. We have seen them in Wilton Farmer's market. However, seeing them back open in the city centre is fabulous. Their diversity of salads is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is wheelchair accessible. Loving salads and this place 😍 A few delicious vegan options such as: - Organic brown rice, roasted curried apples, Goji berries, mulled berries, dates and turmeric roasted almonds. - Aubergine Brinjal, roasted peppers, coriander, ginger, chili, red onion & cumin. - Le Puy green lentils, roasted sweet potato, cumin & paprika. - Hummus. 🥗

The salads are delicious. Super fresh and a great choice. I got a really tasty Asian noodle salad and celeriac coleslaw. His basil pesto and black eye bean is yummy too. All the vegetables are so fresh. It’s great eat to be able to get such nutritious yet tasty food in cork. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Good prices too. I highly recommend loving salads

I visit LovingSalads time I'm in Cork. They have a great range, and different options for portion sizes. A large would keep you going for ages. Probably the best place for you if you're vegan on/around Patrick's Street. They also do nice protein balls.

Thanks to a very kind lady from Cork itself we arrived at this place, everything is fresh and freshly made, there is a variety of salads, the fish (tuna) is very good RECOMMENDED, the girls are very friendly and they speak Spanish too. Eat in or take away, REASONABLE price (cheap compared to Dublin). Ask for a small portion because they don't finish the large one 😂

In the heart of Cork, we discovered by chance this “fast-good” which allows you to eat healthy and quickly. At less than €6 per tray, you choose the salads you want to eat. We have the choice from a dozen options (sweet and sour, lentils, chickpeas, hummus, pasta salads)... The choice is really wide and the salads taste very good thanks to the original combinations! The price is downright affordable. As for desserts, there is a choice at all prices... and for hot drinks, they offer a pumpkin chai tea (a must try)!
