You always know what you're getting with McDonald's and I would say the experience here was no different for me than anywhere else I've eaten. They did have some different menu items than you would get in my home country. ( Loaded fries ) and some mcflurry alternatives which were a nice change. Other than that it was pretty clean on the inside when I was here, however the outdoor seating didn't seem to get the same love. However you are going to McDonald's so I wouldn't say you're expecting a 5 star experience.

Nice place by fact and the girl at door was very helpful. My daughter is autistic and is very sensitive to loud sounds..I've requested to put the music more down( witch was to loud for a family restaurant)because she was very upset about it. Staff at door went to DM for the request. 3minutes after still the music to loud. I've decided to go straight to DM and requested to turn the music down straight away as my daughter couldn't cope anymore..otherwise we'll cancel the order and leave..but that would make her either more upset then..music turned down and we could enjoy the meals. Hope the management consider to keep the music down in consideration of people like my daughter situation with sensitive noise/loud music in this case..

Spoke to three staff, all very friendly. My daughter and I both had the Grand Big Mac Bacon. Really nice. I think today is the last day for them. I'm turning into a sales rep for MacDonalds!! Nice though, sun is emerging, days are longer and a burger treat on a Tuesday! Not all bad 😁

What can I say about this. It's a McDonald's. It's not busy that often since there is plenty of McDonalds' in Cork. The que was super short. I think like 5 people were there including us. The staff were very nice. The man who gave us our food was very sorry for no dressing for our salad. Not always you see someone this sorry to a customer. He was happy to look for other dressings for us and he actually found the one we originally wanted so all good! A lot of burgers were unavailable when I used to computer to order and said it'll be available from a particular date but what's the point putting it on in the first place if you can't order it?! I don't know if that's in all stores or just this one. They were some new burgers so not your typical ones that are available all year round. My surprise was that there was no ketchup in the entire store!! Never have I seen no ketchup in a McDonald's store! It's minor but I found it surprising. Luckily the employee gave me free mayonnaise!! So i could eat my fries with that. My issue was that the food wasn't warm.. it wasn't really cold either but it's not up to McDonald's standards. Back at home our McDonald's serves perfectly warm food but that wasn't the case in this one. We never complained because we were already really hungry and in a rush to go back home. Some of my fries were a bit burnt, not a big deal I could leave those out. My relative's salad wasn't nice, although she typically has salads at other McDonald's and likes them. We both still enjoyed our burgers. Although I would of definitely preferred if they were warm.. My suggestion is if you're going to McDonald's in Cork, try a different one instead of this one...

Asked for double quarter pounder with cheese, no bun- and that's all I got. No onion etc. Literally 2 meat patties and 2 slices of cheese, one of which had melted to the bottom of the box and couldn't be moved easily. V disappointing.

Slowest McDonald's in the world. Had my order taken at the drive through and I've been sat in a queue for 20 minutes now with a car moving forward every 5 minutes. ....................... Got there eventually. Order is correct, food nice and hot and the staff are friendly. But fast food this is not.

Went here with my little girl and one of the wait staff a lady was so nice to her. Got my little girl to colour a pic and told her when she was finished she won the colouring comp. And gave her a free ice cream. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars. Restaurant is very clean too

Nice location to go with kids. Located next to the sports field - sometimes you can watch the rugby game from inside. Clean most of the times. Gets busy with kids during weekends. Accept Apple pay. Have self-order terminals.

Good location, excellent parking Has a relatively good sized car park although technically you're not supposed to cross the road getting to or from there as there's a continuous white line (which everyone ignores as it's silly). One of those McDonald's with lots of staff but no great speed. I got my meals. Went back for up a coffee as well. They didn't put that order on their number system and I sat back down and watched and waited for it on the TV screen but it didn't appear. When I finally went up and asked about it, apparently someone called my number (it's noisy, couldn't hear - why not just put it up on the system I would have gone up an waited) so it went cold. In fairness he was friendly and went about replacing it, but then went back to preparing other orders and left me waiting even longer when he could have had the coffee for me in 20 seconds.

Ideally located next to Irish Independent Park (Musgrave Park) where rugby matches take place. Very busy during match days. This McDonald's is also located off the Kinsale Road Roundabout so also ideal if your coming off that and need a bit to eat. There is parking outside but can fill up fast. Inside the place is small compared to many McDonald's in Cork. Food can be ordered at either a cashier or from the self service machines. This establishment is well kept and clean in appearance regularly.

Clean, friendly staff. Quite busy at the time I visited. Lots of staff on. It was for a breakfast meal in went for, despite lots of staff, the service was very slow. Long wait between ordering and getting food. Not what I would call fast food.
