L.Absolutely fabulous place to eat.
Eaten here twice in the past month and can’t say enough about the place, firstly really friendly staff and asked for Covid Certs (thanks for keeping us safe)
Secondly great selection on the menu and potions sizes are plenty suitable for sharing and lastly it tastes great, lots of flavour, piping hot and lots a bread for dipping, yum, yum.
Its just a lovey place to hang out, there just a lovely ambience to the place.
P.Friendly and efficient staff, gorgeous food, good selection of drinks and plenty of outdoor seating! The menu is a little jumbled and hard to decifer but other than that Moody is faultless! (Highly recommend the chocolate biscuit dessert with orange ice cream)

N. O.Great food and extremely nice service. I just delighted from the beginning to the end. The albóndigas are amazing and great portion for one or sharing if you try another things. The pear caramelized with blue cheese is awesome and a perfect dessert if you like that mix of flavours at mouth. I truly recommend it. God location and decoration. The bathroom has a lot of toiletries for customers and that's great. Also good location.

The cafe/ tapas bar has a bit of everything for everyone. They have sandwiches, snackes, and a number of sweets.
They are dog/ small pet friendly.
There's plenty of seating outside and inside.
The owners are super friendly and knowledgable about coffee, wine, and their products. They support the local community by ordering their produce and products from other reliable vendors.
This cafe is wheelchair accessible. What seems, to be the "main door" to the cafe, there is "a step." You need to go a bit further and there is a door that is wheelchair accessible.
So, it is easy to mistaken that the shop isn't exactly wheelchair accessible; eventhough, the cafe itself is easy to move around and get around inside the shop. The bathroom and the main seating area is very accessible.
There is wheelchair accessible parking nearby.
Recently, GoBus and AirCoach have moved the bus stop. The bus stop is directly in front of their shop. Out of courtesy buy yourself a coffee, sandwich, or something then ask to use the toilet.
They are a business. Please treat their restaurant as a business.

February 2024 as promised went back for tapas (a bit of a delay doing that!!) Anyhoo, guy on phone - fantastic, 10🌟 customer service - could teach a lot more eateries in Cork a thing or two.
Floor staff on the night extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Tapas - beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. I recommend the beef tacos (definitely not for sharing!) and next time I'll be ordering two plates of this, also the crab toes and prawns with bread - perfect. Lots more to choose from, I don't need to encourage you to go there - it's already legendary 👍👍👍

D. O.Not very often do I say a restaurant in cork was enjoyable, but this truly was. The food was excellent, and extras were offered. The service was reasonably attentive. However, whilst the seating isn't terrible, they have gone for form over a little over function. I got seated in a chair, not really suited for dining.
B. A.This is one of the best places to have wine and tapas in Cork. They have varied selections on the menu for tapas. The staff are very nice and the service is top quality. If you want quality wine and quality food this is a nice spot to come. I would highly recommend booking in advance during peak times and/or at weekends.

Guys it was simply perfect! The food was taste. flavoured and the atmosphere, all the staffs, they are very happy and enthusiastic and it reflect on the food. I had a sandwich (chicken with cheese and pesto I think), and a delicious food! After that as I love food I had a delicious chocolate brownie with a Nice warm chai latte! And the price was very good! Affordable … so everyone can enjoy it! I will definitely be back … Thank you 😊
M. S.Good restaurant nice ambience. Giving 4 star as they do not have breakfast. They start food from lunch. Before 11:30 they have only sausages and croissant. Their coffee is good and will suggest this place for Tapas.

I recommend the Albóndigas (12€), the Irish beef and pork meatballs in fich tomato and pepper sauce are incredibly delicious!
If you want to take the boat and sailling in the water, I propose you to try the sweet and tasty Crustacean: Velouté de Mejillones (11.5€)
Mussels in a white wine velouté served with warm bread, so amazing!
The only drawback of this dish is to have lots of breads but a limited amount of mussels.
And if you are not satisfied enough, you can choose the Pera Caramelizada Con Queso Azul (13.5€)
Caramalized pear with whipped blue cheese on toasted bread with rocket, pine nuts and balsamico. This is their absolute star!

I won’t go back after this experience, I think people could be more friendly even when you deny a table.. . I truely felt like a nuisance.
S. L.We had a wonderful evening in Moody's recently. The food was excellent with the pear and goats cheese 🧀 a real gem. We had five dishes between three of us and all were delicious. The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive (Zita and unfortunately I didn't get the other staff's names). Before we left we booked two other people in for the following night. They were suitably impressed also, top marks.

We ordered the cheese board, the meat board, the croquettes and two portions of the potato’s bravas and a salad for 4 and we were stuffed. The staff were attentive, we spilled a drink and they brought us fresh bread, which is like a delicious baguette bread with oil on it. Also at the end of our table booking another reservation was coming and they set us up outside under heaters so we could order another round. It was casual but still trendy and the food was quality, the lambs cheese that was soft on the cheese board and the manchego and like a plum spread were my favs. I will go back for a day visit and try their coffee and pastries next because they looked impressive.
