A good restaurant to try Indian food in Cork. Food is delicious and moderately expensive. Located in Bishopstown. Parking space is limited for 2 to 3 cars max. Dining in is allowed now. Open till 11 at night. Take away and delivery options are available. Very good hospitality, which is much appreciated.

We had take away and everything we ordered was fantastic. When I picked up the food the staff were so welcoming and friendly, even holding the door for me when I was leaving. I had a lamb Madras and it was honestly the spiciest Madras I've ever had. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Always very good. I've eaten there well over 100 times as it's my closest restaurant. I've never been disappointed. My daughter and her husband regularly come there from 15 miles away. Best dish if you're REALLY hungry. Tandoori Special Mix.

What a brilliant Curry. We heard it was good and so drove 40 minutes each way for takeaway. Chicken Chilli Masala fantastic. Naan breads were excellent also

The place is very quite and has good colors. The food is good. I felt, the spices in the Veg briyani was a bit more. Not the hotness, which was perfect, but the other spices. Rest, the service is polite, a bit away from cork city, but worth the try.

We ordered the butter chicken, mixed vegetable curry and some naan. They were all delicious, particularly the mixed veg. However the delivery service was incredibly poor. It was €26 and we had a €50 note. My partner offered to find some change to make it easier for the delivery person who politely agreed. My partner said it would take a few minutes. So my partner went looking for the change. When she came out, the delivery person started berating her, saying we should have had the money ready when we ordered. Their manner went from friendly to aggressive in a very short space of time! The delivery person was incredibly irate and slammed his car door while yelling at my partner! This all took less than two minutes. He seemed to have forgotten that she had a €50 from the start, and asked him if he wanted exact change in the first place... Incredibly uncalled for and disappointing. I hope the restaurant deals with this and tell their delivery people how to properly treat their customers!

The food was good, the restuarant felt however a bit under loved. There was very little choice of desert, and the lemon sorbet I ordered came as a or a.ge sorbet a d then the waiter came and said the sorbet itself tasted the same, obviously it didn't and he said it wouldn't be charged for, however had to ask for it to be removed off the bill.

This restaurant is quite small with just 14 tables. Not much of a view and the decor is unremarkable. That said the food is excellent and the staff courteous and smartly dressed.

A bit expensive compared to other Indian restaurants in Cork but the food is tasty. The sweet lassi is a very good accompaniment to a meal and the staff are helpful at recommending dishes to suit different tastes in heat level. Keep an eye out on Groupon as they often have offers there.
