C. L.Top restaurant on main street Ballincollig with great parking available directly beside the restaurant. Atmosphere was very good and staff very welcoming and efficient. Food quality was amazing and none of our party were disappointed. Resturant is only open Thur-Sun so is always busy so good to book a table in advance. *When booking online your bank card details will be requested. Overall great experience and would recommend.
A. A.Well decorated dining in the middle of beautiful Ballincollig town. Pleasant and soothing ambience. Efficient customer service. Friendly staff. Consistently great food. They use local ingredients and the menu is tailored for everyone. Have high chairs close to bar counter. It is a fine restaurant for dine alone or to have a party with friends. They have live music too but the time varies. The food is so delicious and not too expensive. The soup of the day is really worth trying for... It was so yummy😋. I had bruleed miso pork belly, which was really tasty but I would suggest them to use a white plate which would make the dish look more appealing.There is a vegan menu too. Parking space is limited but plenty of public parking space available around so it won't be an issue. If you want a fine dining place to enjoy food with family or friends in Ballincollig, this is the place I would say. Covid 19 guidelines are strictly followed. Be ready with your covid cert on arrival. Try to book the seats in advance especially for weekends but they have a large number of seats and getting in won't be a huge problem usually.

S. H.Lovely restaurant and bar at the centre of Ballincollig - Main Street. There is huge parking space just beside of the restaurant including for people with special needs. Good lunch option. Menu is quite diverse and food quality is awesome. The oven grilled fillet salmon with white creamy sauce and herbs and vegetables is one of the best options at launch. Always busy so good to book table before going to the restaurant. Live music option available. Interior design is very good and the atmosphere is very cosy. Staffs are professional and gentle as well. In a nutshell, a great place to dine.

C. O. B.It was my friend's dream to go to Ballincollig for his birthday, so we happily obliged. Earlier in the day we went to another local establishment and the pints were so poor I thought his birthday was going to be ruined. I was almost crying at the thought of it myself. Knee deep in sadness and sinking fast, I put on a brave face and holding back the tears I said 'why don't we try the Tradehouse'. We were welcomed with open arms, seated readily and served the best pint I've ever had, in Ballincollig. I looked over at my friend beaming with joy as the colour returned to his face. I couldn't take it any more, I erupted into tears. Though please don't feel bad, this time they were tears of joy, thanks to the Tradehouse.

P. O.Went there for lunch with a group of 11. Generally we had a good lunch and food was well received. Service was a little bit slow but I guess they were busy. Good layout and atmosphere, I really like the decor and central bar area. I had pulled pork wrap with sweet potato chips (more like chunks?). Wrap was excellent very tasty, however sweet potato was far too salty, verging on inedible.

Ordered 2 cappuccinos and 10 mins later had to ask waiter where they were. Same thing happened to table next to us. Food was very good but waiting staff let it down big time.

P. M.I've been to the Tradehouse about 5 times over the last 12 months for food with family groups of various sizes.
The food is generally a high standard of pub grub which caters for all both young and old. Check out the menu online.
The staff I've dealt with have been attentive and helpful, from checking with kitchen if items on the menu could be made up gluten free, to changing items on the menu to suit fussy eaters (aka the small fellas), to adding chillies on top of tacos for the hot heads in the family.
There is a good selection of drinks available and the craft beer is excellent and seems to vary each time I've visited.
I'd give it a five star rating but the food service is always a tad slow, possibly a result of their own success they are always busy. Saying that, they always serve the children first and fast (which is great in avoiding the dreaded hangry child syndrome). The down side of this is I never have enough restraint to stop tucking into the kids leftovers while waiting for my own meal ruining my appetite. My bad!

S. F.I had my engagement party here last Saturday and I couldn't rate this bar highly enough. They made my friends and family feel so welcome and took care of us all night especially Brian, Ian and Edward. The food was amazing and everyone was talking about how great it was the next day! :) The band that was on was excellent too and everyone was dancing and having the craic all evening. Perfect location for groups - Big or small and amazing staff and food.

J. H.Great on a Saturday night when there's a band. Have eaten here multiple times since it opened and the food can be hit or miss but when it's good it's really good. Oddly they changed the size of the pizzas since they opened, they're smaller now but the price remains the same. Service can be poor at times, seems like there is lots of staff on so service should be better. Have experienced drinks arriving after food, coffee taking 20 mins etc

More importantly was the service: the waitress was lovely and very careful when taking orders that included specific requests. Followed up after food had been delivered to ensure order had been met exactly.
Went back for dinner same day, and was equally impressed with the dinner menu, presentation of food, and last but not least, service of waitress again (different waitress but excellent attention to detail with specific requests when ordering).
Will definitely be visiting again when next in Ballincollig!
P.It's superb,just popped in to buy a gift voucher but I had a beautiful meal and drinks with friends earlier this year. Beautiful,comfortable surroundings, great seating etc,food is great and the staff are outstanding.

(.(Translated) As a restaurant, since they remodeled it and changed Tracey's to Tradehouse Central, I have liked it even more because the place to eat is more comfortable, better lighting that makes it more cheerful. The menu has changed somewhat, and they have removed the Steak sandwich that was the one I liked the most :( On the other hand they have other different sandwiches that can be combined with a small soup in combo. They also have the special dishes of the day, but I have not gone so many times to see if they repeat frequently or not ...
Very good attention, good place to eat after the reform, something new compared to the previous menu, enough to generous amount depending on the dish, normal price. I would put 8/10 to be Ireland ...

Como restaurante, desde que lo remodelaron y cambio de Tracey's a Tradehouse Central, me ha gustado más todavía debido a que el sitio para comer es más cómodo, mejor iluminación que lo hace más alegre. La carta ha cambiado algo, y han quitado el Sándwich de filete que era el que más me gustaba :(. Por otro lado tienen otros sándwich distintos que pueden ser combinados con una sopa pequeña en combo. También tienen los platos especiales del día, pero no he ido ya tantas veces para comprobar si repiten con frecuencia o no...
Muy buena atención, buen sitio para comer tras la reforma, algo nuevo respecto a la carta anterior, cantidad suficiente a generosa dependiendo del plato, precio normal. Yo le pondría 8/10 para ser Irlanda...
