Probably the best Italian food I have ever had. Full of flavor!!! I would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. A must to dine in if in Donegal Town. Gorgeous cocktails too 😍

Food was really good but the portions were quite small unfortunately. Strawberry daiquiri was so nice but would’ve appreciated a plastic straw. Some staff were friendly! Interior was nice and clean.

Lovely busy and buzzy Italian. Great selection of pastas, pizzas and fish, chicken, steaks. Our meal was delicious (Italian sausage and wild mushroom tagliatelle and Calzone pizza) and service was friendly and attentive. Nice wine list too. They also do cocktails which looked great.

Not enough staff. Lady at front of house not very welcoming,very impersonal. Not a great 1st impression. Young waiter very pleasant and helpful but kitchen got order wrong. My pasta dish was delicious. More staff needed.

This was good but flawed. We would give it 31/2 stars if we could. Plus side: great attentive but inobtrusive service, delicious lasagne and linguine pesto and ice cream, versatile menu- 1/2 portions of pasta available, salads as starters, wine list, decor all good. Disappointments: pear, gorgonzola + walnut salad was very light on the main ingredients- I had 1/4 of a pear, very little gorgonzola or walnuts and far too much dressing, caprese salad was swimming in oil, my wine was served in a hot glass just out the dishwasher, taking the chill off it. We are undecided about whether we would go back.

Excellent food and the service was first class. Very COVID friendly and good social distancing. The staff made us very welcome and were very attentive throughout the entire evening. Both starters and mains were excellent. We’ll be back and hopefully soon. Thank you for a great evening.

This cosy restaurant is very good. But the staff are not a happy bunch. Very busy and in that we were left feeling uncomfortable. The food was good, but I was made feel bad when my dish came out as a bowl of pasta with pesto and no pine nuts. I got a pizza instead The seafood past that my partner got was lovely

We got the pizza it's was just ok but quite expensive. Very comfortable and nice Christmas decorations. Desert was nice. Be prepared to spend money if you go here. Service was not the best elderly waiter was quite rude.

Lovely Italian restaurant. Red wine menu is superb. Great service with social distancing being observed by all staff and customers. Seating upstairs and downstairs. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Outstanding food, excellent wine and fabulous Staff! Makes it very difficult to choose what to eat because everything is a delight to enjoy. So go with a crowd and use the share plates. Hands down the serve the best Tiramisu in the world! 🙌

Amazing. Such a nice cosy resturant with some of the nicest Italian food. Shared the brischetta, I had the pizza and my partner had the lasagne. Panna cotta and chocolate cake for dessert with many cocktails. Will definitely be back next time am in Donegal.

My husband and I dined in Bella Donna restaurant Sunday 15 of May , words cannot describe our experience, we were in Lake Garda Italy last year for Anniversary and were brought back down memory lane , food was fantastic compliments to Chef and our waitress Sarah was brilliant very efficient and friendly . We will definitely call again and would recommend to everyone , Thank you for wonderful evening :)

Excellent service. Place was packed and only 3 on staff with constant turnover. Hardest working wait staff i have seen in a long time. Food was grand, enout the penne arabiatta and tortellini and shared a giant tiaramisu for dessert. Would return again!!

We had a lovely meal at la bella Donna or the beautiful woman. My main meal of veal and parma ham with rosemary potatoes was amazing, the flavours complimented each other, the Tiramisu for dessert was the best I ever had and the service was swift, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting donegal, it's well worth a visit.

Booked at last minute and Patrick was more than accomodating, took time to let us pruse the menu and didn't feel rushed, this restaurant has just had an extensive make over which is very comfortable and the food was excellent also, would highly recommend.
