An accidental spot whilst driving from Westport. The staff where very friendly, food was amazing and the decor was exactly what you want for a small pub restaurant. Would totally recommend a visit for any traveller.

5 Stars and more. My wife booked ahead to ensure we got a table. The staff were super friendly. We both went for the Steak Sandwich it was presented well and cooked to perfection. Desert was Sticky Toffee Pudding very well presented and went down a treat. The pub atmosphere was lovely just the right ambiance not to loud. I can't emphasise enough how great the food was. It was amazing, excellent value for money!! Will be back soon.

Came across this pub on our way home from Donegal. You would almost miss it. Was quiet when we were there but was picking up when we were leaving. Absolutely wonderful food. The fish of the day was so fresh. Great presentation as well. Chocolate brownie was oh so delicious. Reasonably priced with a great friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Third visit recently. Had the freshest cod and chips ever. Always great food, cooked to perfection. Well worth a visit if you passing, they need your support more like all family run businesses more than ever in these tough times. You won’t be disappointed

After i tipped off the garlic butter i thoroughly enjoyed the steak. Was able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Toilets could do with sanitizing and name plates.

We got to Killybegs too Late for the Shack and I couldn’t face fast food so we tried Mary Murrins based on reviews online. Family of 6, 4 Kids 14-8 who were starving and inpatient and all delighted with reception and grub. Curry was top class. Fish was so fresh and the veggies were al dente. Waitress was so chatty and helpful. Reasonable prices too. Well done to the team involved. We’ll be back if we are up this way again.

Small country pub, renowned for its seafood. I had their mussels for starter followed by their seafood pie. Washed down with a pint. Highly recommended. Like other reviews, the staff were friendly, and added the bill up with pencil and paper. Opens 12 - 9pm.

Randomly stopped in here while staying in Dunkineely April 2018, and to this day have not had a better pint of Guinness. Needless to say this place holds the top spot in our books for the holy grail of all pulls. We had a lovely meal, the older barman played tunes of ABBA, we relaxed here and then we went on our way exploring the rest of Donegal. A spontaneous stop that we are so glad we decided to veer into, and now a permanent spot in our heart. Hope to be back soon to relive the best pint!

Good service even when hit with a couple sudden large groups. There was no long wait for service followed by the typical "it's busy". Just harder work, efficient service, and a good tip in return. I was impressed. Vegetarian food could use a little more work though.

Nice food in a nice bar. It's a little bit old style; for example when we went to pay our bill, the staff totaled up our items using a pencil & paper (they were accurate). We then paid with a debit card 😉

My friends and I stopped by for lunch and pints in our way to Slieve League. Service was wonderful, the food was sublime, and the beer was gratifying. Food prices were a little high, but our doubts were quench once we took our first bites. Would highly recommend before or after a big hike!

Worth the wait was recommended by our B&B and we were not disappointed 6 of us and every meal was so delicious We have be traveling since Dublin for the last 4 days and this is the best pub food we have had and the Chowder was outstanding do not miss this place you will not be disappointed.
