Interesting restaurant. Seems to suffer from an identity crisis. It doesn't know if it wants to be a brunch cafe, a romantic bistro, or a Chinese takeaway. Both the decor and the food suggest this. They seem to serve everything from roast dinners, pastas, and lunch sandwiches to spice bags and chicken balls. Their menu is quite extensive, with at least six or seven pages bound in a thick cover like a fancy wine bar menu. Taking this into account, the food I've tried is actually quite delicious, served quickly, reasonably priced, and well-presented. (I had a stir fry dish and salt and pepper chips). This place never seems busy on the floor, but it appears most of their business seems to be in their takeaway service. Perhaps it is a Chinese takeaway after all. I see no reason why I wouldn't return, if not to try something different.

5/5 for presentation. The food looked lovely. 5/5 customer service. The two waitresses we met were so kind and helpful. 1/5 for the food. My boyfriend and I weren't fans of the food. I ordered the chicken burger, but the chicken was really dry. The wings we choose had a weird after taste, but that could be due to our own personal preferences. The milkshakes were just ok. 5/5 presentation wise, but the taste was nothing special. I'm afraid the best things we had were the chips, milkshakes and the side of salad that came with both meal.

Lovely meal at a great price. The burger was delicious but it was a tad too juicy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was extremely clean and very busy. It’s a great place to get lunch or dinner with plenty of food including burgers, pasta and stir fry.

I visit Bia frequently because the food and pricing is spot on. The menu has a decent selection, catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My only faults would be the fact that occasionally they are out of certain ingredients and there always seems to be a leak of some sort in the toilets. Neither of those issues is likely to stop me from continuing to eat there though.

Bia cafe was always popular. On saying that a niece of mine described it as a canteen. However food was and is still great and plentiful even under new ownership. They always have lunch specials when I visit, I am sure they have dinner specials too. Variety great whether you want full meal, tradional irish dishes, or thier specialality Wok cooked noodles. They have wraps, sandwiches, soups too. Deserts are lovely or if you fancy coffee/ tea and cake for a break. Kids catered for, I see a lot of pancakes being ordered as kids put thier own toppings on. Overall a great place to enjoy good food especially as it's beside the Laurence shopping centre and central to town centre.

Simple breakfast elements cooked extremely well. Black and white pudding, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Hashbrowns, crispy on the outside, lovely and fluffy on the inside. Sausages, just perfect. If it were in a more convenient location, I would have breakfast there every weekend
