B. B.The service wasn't great. Some of us only had main course but any that had starters had to wait for a considerable amount of time b4 asking for cutlery. All side dishes of chips didn't get brought out till everyone was half way through their mains. And this was the same for others that ate at other tables. No coffee available & I wasn't able to have a glass of chardonnay wine only sold by the bottle of €24. Was not impressed
m. c.Myself and my husband ate at casanovas last night as usual the food is superb. My review is to acknowledge the absolute excellent service from your waitress Abbie. She is fantastic at her job from taking orders, pulling pints, answering phones and serving all with a smile and on her own. She is amazing at her job but the guy cooking the pizzas didn't seem to appreciate her hard work and I overheard him having a go at her on a few occasions!!!!. He should have been praising her for her excellent service. She was polite and managed to look after every single diner. Thank you Abbie, the diners appreciate you. Michelle

But we got just pasta with ONE mushroom in the white sauce without chicken at all🤨.

V.Placed a delivery order on Tuesday 4th of May for my Husband’s birthday, the delivery arrived on time the food was perfect and delicious and we also received a very generous birthday gift of a large Garlic pizza bread, This was our first meal from Casanova and we will definitely be eating there again 💯, would highly recommend this restaurant.

J.Had dinner last night in here it was busy enough for a Wednesday night and it was a pleasant experience pizza made in a stone oven the base of the pizza nice a light chicken wings for starters had better but have also had worse kids menu is so small we had to a add k was there one as it's on the back of drinks list quite reasonably priced as well
K. G.We ordered through their website online for lunchtime collection but unfortunately the order didn't go through. So when I arrived twenty minutes later, I had to tell the staff what my order was and wait for it to be cooked. It wasn't the staffs fault this happened.
The staff were extremely friendly, km keeping me informed on how much longer it would be. The food was piping hot when I brought it back to work and it was really delicious. (I'd recommend the ravioli)

K. P.Recently celebrated daughter's birthday here. Food was very nice and reasonably priced. Good location and ample parking. Staff were very friendly and prompt. Pleasant evening had by all. Perhaps install an automatic door close to prevent your staff from having to do it every 5 mins.

D. P.Having read a lot of 5 star reviews we were really looking forward to a meal here. It started well. Service was quick and attentive and the starters came out quickly. All were nice, without being exceptionally tasty, although the goats cheese salad had too much balsamic dressing on it. Main courses again came out quickly, were nice but again just lacked that extra bit of flavour. Service levels dropped off then even though it wasn't particularly busy, and we were waiting so long we decided not to have desserts. In summary, generally fine but just lacking in flavour and top notch service.

Pizza is cooked in full view using a large traditional oven. but I love pepperoni and they unfortunately use a spiced salami which is not as good. Hopefully they'll change this and use better quality product.
