Food is nice but staff now seem to have lost the art of conversation (hello nice day... How're you etc) while you wait for your order. They are bustling about amongst themselves and they interact only when you order and when you pay even when you're the only customer at the time.

I did not receive what I had ordered and when we rang to tell them that, they tried to tell me that I was wrong and insisted that I read the docket. The docket was wrong yet the manager refused to change our meal or return it for a refund. The 'manager' was very unprofessional and ignorant when I spoke to him. I have since received a call from Kathy, who apologied for the misunderstanding and how it was dealt with and also offered to have the correct order delivered or a free meal next time I order, which I thought was quite fair. I appreciate the apology and will continue to order from Dominic's as the food is great.
