Good and quick service But the chicken quality could be improved..wonder if they can let it properly fried as a few time I found it to be uncooked and lack of spices. Tried kfc all over the world and truly believe kfc Ireland can do better

This is a great KFC and I'll tell you why... The staff!!! Great bunch of people who are very helpful and always polite a d welcoming which for me would be a big deal. Good staff bring a business forward and on top of that the food is always good... Highly recommend.

We have been eating here for years and lately I find hearing aids need to become standard issue for certain staff as they have messed up my order at least six visits in the last few months. I'm usually easy going about that stuff but it's becoming to much of a pattern lately. I've even decided to slow down when ordering but it still happens. It's a demanding job so I understand pressure leeds to mistakes but I'm a front line worker so I can say, demands are no excuse for such a slip in standards. Money= product+service.

Nice KFC food but I had to clean my own table before I could sit down to eat. I was not the only customer that had to clean their own seating area before they could eat. When I went to leave and put all my empty food containers in the bin, all the rubbish bins were full and needed to be emptied. I don't like this kind of untidiness. It is so easy to fix but makes the place look kippy and makes you wonder about the food preparation. Some body needs to take care of this. It is not the only KFC outlet I have noticed that this is the case.

Food was fine however KFC has issues with reward system, simply it doesnt scan new reward cards. KFC employees dont know why, had to call support in UK, however they also could not solve problem(technical issue on their end) and added my points manually. Week later tried scan card(fully registered on kfc website) but system still could not a find it.

What I've come to expect really. Average uninspired service from bored teenagers, chicken a bit greasy and so forth - you get the idea. Drive thru was a bit slow, but in the restaurant things just about kept moving. Tables were dirty though and no staff out on duty to clean. There are better KFC places to go to...

They removed the burritos, long time ago they got rid of the Cole slaw. a pity as the gap with competitors selling only junk food closes. Good service, just the business is becoming less of an alternative.

Best KFC I have ever been in. I always saw KFC as badly run, really badly. Jervis and Dundrum KFCs are absolute nightmares. This one seems consistent, staff seem genuinely happy, food quality is consistent, it's clean. ... Hats off to whoever runs this franchise and also to the staff who are very friendly.

Nice if you like KFC but not great if you want to be full after. Clean but can be crowded. Make sure to check your order if and when you use the drive thru especially if it's is busy in side as orders can often be wrong

Sincr make over inside of restaurant cleaner looking. Haven't used restrooms so can't comment. Service usually ok. Mostly use drive thru and have had mostly good intereactions with staff. Can be a bit of a wait on food. Price isn't great imo
