Excellent customer service today 13/01/2022 the staff were outstanding and the food was lovely the place was spotless and very efficient service . I was served by a lovely lady and she couldn’t be anymore helpful she was so lovely to my grandson well done all round we will definitely be back and will be telling others about the service and great food well done 👏👏

Ticked all of the boxes. Service was quick and easy and the staff were polite. Food arrived in less than 15 minutes which was very good. I ordered the chilli beef nachos and the portion size was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Got the hot dog and sweet potato fries, both quite tasty, I think the sweet chilli sauce that comes with the sweet potato didn't quite enhance the flavour, probably a garlic mayo would have worked better. Good background music: just the fact they played Siouxsee and the Banshees granted 4 stars!

We had a kids birthday party on Sunday 23.9.18 . Kids menu's are €5 (drinks included). Kids really enjoyed themselves. Food is above average for this type of restaurant and coffee is good. Staff were pleasant. Highly recommended.

It's not fine dining but you know what your signing up for. The €12 meal deal is great value. Any main burger / hot dog Any side And shake / drink You'll be hard pressed finding such a good deal anywhere else in town, (I'm looking at you eddie rockets). Service time is acceptable. The few times I've been there there have been a few tables which haven't been cleared from previous diners and it doesnt look the best. Aside from that it's a great spot if your looking for some simple good tasting fast food.

We had lunch here before going to the cinema.The staff were very friendly and we were given a table straight away even though it was very busy and our food was out in no time pipping hot. I had the Veggie burger. I can absolutely say Shake Dog have The best Veggie Burgers in Louth (don't ever change it) I also had the combo fries, which is fries with delicious onion rings on top with a dip. My friend had a Peri-Peri Chicken burger that was huge, she also got the Texas 🔥 fries which was a meal on its own 😁I also had a Nutella Milkshake and she had an orange juice. We were stuffed by the time we finished. The absolute best part of our visit was that ALL the scrummy food and drinks only came to €10 each as part of their Mean Meal deal. Best Value for great tasting food. Highly recommend. 🤗
